IMPROVEMENT IN MOP-HEADS.
Specication forming part of Letters Patent No. 124,739, dated January 14, 1873.
To all whom lt may concer-n:
Be it known that I, WILLIAM DUNCAN, of Lebanon, in the county of Grafton and State of New Hampshire, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Mop-Heads. of which the following is a specification:
N @ture and Objects of the Invention. My invention relates to mop-heads used for holding mops with which jioors, te., are
cleaned. It consists in a novel construction, combination, and arrangement of parts,pwhich have 'for their object to make a cheap, subtantial mop-head, easily adjusted, an d not subject to derangement in use or wear. i
Description of the Drawing.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of my improved mop-head; Fig. 2 is a side elevation of a part of the same.
General Description. A represents the ha-ndle, which is provided Claim.
The combination, with the handle A and head B, of the stirrup D, lug C, and screw-nut E, constructed and operating substantially in the manner described.
