The case 23 is designed to contain the blade holder, the recess in the upper face of block 25 end in which the rod 3 rests being designed to prevent the holder from shitting therein. To perform the sharpening operation the razor blade is attached to the plate 11, so that it will be held thereon by the heads of the studs 15, the end of the blade abutting the pin 19 to keep the blade in position un der the heads of the studs, as previously described.
