A spring 32 connects the arm 16 to the link 27, said spring insuring the return of the trigger 16 to its normal position after each operation of the firing mechanism.
- The revoluble shaft 29 has secured to its lower end a sprocket wheel 33 the teeth of which mesh with an endless chain 34 supported upon the wheels 35, 36, and 37.
The wheel 35 is secured to and rotates with the shaft 38 of a motor 39 shown in the drawings as an electric motor in a circuit 40 provided with a battery ll and a switch 12. When the switch 42 is on, the motor 4C0 will drive the chain 3 1 in the direction indicated by the arrow 6.
The firearm 10 is rigidly secured by the bolts 44: to the bracket 45 secured to the frame 31. The rotation of the crank 28 will cause the link 27 to move the trigger arm 16 to the left of Figs. 1 and 2, and
