UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
IMPROVEMENT IN SAW-COLLARS.
` Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 122,116, dated December 26, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, FRANK A. HUNTINGTON, of San Francisco, in'the county of San Francisco and State of California, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Saw-Collar; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, and to the letters of reference marked thereon.
This invention relates to an improved construction of saw-collars, and consists in providing the spindle in which the saw revolves with a suitable clutch arrangement, as well as other details of con struction, which will be more fully explained hereinafter. l
