Description of the Acconqmnying Drawings- Figure 1 is a side view of the machine,- with the platform or frame Delevated a trifle, to show how it may be tipped to drain oh the fluids; also, showing the latch E and catch J ,to hold it down to the stool, when desired.
Figure 2 shows the plate? of abowl. f
. Figure 3'is an end view of the machine, showing the or phitform is hung in the stool,
fastenedito the bottom on the-pinsR B. i e Dis a rest for the bowl-lib: stand against, when being worked in. v
, on each side of the platform .on which -;the bowl, stands; made hooking,.so the plat: P'will slide in crest, and, be revolved when des re s Figure 4 shows the face or bottom of the plate P; General Description-of the Machine.
'A is a stool, which should be substantially constructed, and of convenient height, with the two front posts a few inches higher than the bed of the stool.
D is a frame, of suitable width to ill; between the twohigh posts, with a platform of suitable width to set a. butter-bowl, upon projecting from the-bottom of it, over the stool A, and is hung on the pins R B,
