The legs B'D, seat O, and rods E are so arranged that, when not required for` use, the stool may be folded up against the front of the counter, as shown in fig. 2, so as to he entirely out of the way.

The tool, as thus constructed, is strong and' sub stanti-al when extended for use, and, when folded up, lies close to the counter, so as` to be entirely out ot' the way, leaving the floor entirely unobstructed.
