Letters Patent No. 105,310, dated July 12, 1870.
IMPROVED RBSERVATORY FOR GROCERIES, &c.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, OLIVER It. CowGILL, of Pana, in the county of Christian and State of Illinois, have invented a new and valuable Improvement in Reservatories; and I do hereby declare that the following 8m, and consists in the construction and novel ar-- rangemcnt of the case and pivoted boxes or compartments hereinafter described, whereby the weight of the contents of the compartments will throw them forward, when the latches are drawn.
The letter A of the drawing designates the case,
provided with a guard, 0, around its top, whereby it is adapted for use as a sideboard'or wash-stand.
B B represent the pivoted boxes or compartments in which the goods are to be stored.
The journals are placed somewhat below and back of the center, therebyallowiug' the weight of the contents of the compartmcntsto operate in throwing them forward and open, when the spring bolts zz are drawn. 1

What I claim as my invention, and desire to se cure by Letters Patent, is-- The reservatory herein described, consisting of the case A, with guard a, drawer L, and boxes 13 B pivoted below and in rear of the center, and provided with the bolts z, substantially as specified.
