To all whom 1' t may concern Be it known that I, ARTHUR H. h/Iicnmnn, citizen of the United States, residing at Hartford. in. the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Compound Tools, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to compound tools, the object of the invention being to pro vide i1 simple and compact device of this chn'racter which can be conveniently carried in the pocket.
In the present instance the tool has a screw driver, a wrench and a bottle or p remover, although it is possible that I mi ht dispense with one or both of the two first mentioned tools.
In the drawings accompanying and forming port of the present specification I illustrate in detail one simple vform 03f embodiment of the invention which to enable those skilled in the art to practise the same will be set forth fully in the following description, while the novelty of the invention will be included in the claim succeeding said de' scription. I do not however," 1' strict my self to such showing; I may depart there from in several particulars.

What I claim is: a A device of the class described compris- 5 ing a shank and a sheath-like member, the sides of Which are pivoted to the shank be tween the ends thereof, the sides of said sheath-like member When the latter is closed being adapted to frictionaliy engage the 1 shank and to overlie the few-ward end of the l oaoasee shank, said sides being notched t0 fit a bottie cap and said forward end serving as a fulcrum When the said sheath-like member is employed to remove such cap.
