Description
SIGMUND EEUST, OF NEW YORK, lN. Y.
-Letters Patent No. 102,103, dated April 19, 1870.
IMPRO'VBD LUNCH VALISE.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
I, SIGMUND FEUST, in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a. new and improved Lunch-Valise, of which the following is a specification.
Nature and Objects ofthe Invention.
.. My invention relates to the construction of a lunchvalise in any of the known forms, and consists of two -parts of the frame, or the narrow sides, and of the The sides or body- A, and the bottom or body B, areheld together by hinges or pieces `of cloth, or some other suitable material, and attached to the frame C by. hooks D.
By turning the hooksn D parallel in the same direction-` with the apertures E, the body can be detached from the frame.
The bodyl A B and A forms the table-board, and
the frame or body O-takes then the place of the vframe and legs of a table.
To form a table and attach' the parts for that purpose, 1 detach the strap-edge by loosening the springcatches J from the half-rings F. I place thenV the body A B and A on the upper part of the frame C, outside` on outside. l turn then-the half-rings F, which are let in the rivets G parallel with the apertnresI. l push then the half-rings F through these apertures and turn the half-rings across the apertures, as shown in drawing, g. 3.
The dish K is placed on the body B, and the bottom of the dish is provided with protruding ends, L.
Pieces of molding, M, or rivets aiixed to the body B over the endsjust described, will hold the dish to the body and allow its being shoved out for cleaning.
The dish is provided with appendages, N, to h old bottles, glasses, &c.
The plates O areaiiixed to the'body A by moldings similar to the dish.
