Меченная радиоактивным галогеном производная фенилоксианилина, представлена формулой (1),где Rпредставляет группу, например алкильную,X, X, Xи Xпредставляют каждый атом водорода, алкоксигруппу, радиоактивный атом галогена, при условии, что, по крайней мере, один из X, X, Xи Xпредставляет радиоактивный атом галогена, способен действовать как лиганд ПРБ с высокой родственностью и высокой селективностью.При измерении ПРБ in vitro лиганд ПРБ с высокой родственностью и высокой селективностью метят радиоактивным атомом галогена так, чтобы сделать возможным измерение ПРБ in vivo с помощью не только методов ПЭТ, но также и SPECT.Итак, такое соединение позволяет раннюю диагностику, профилактику и лечение таких заболеваний, как слабоумие вследствие болезни Альцгеймера.
