Abstract

The invention relates to building industry. A wall element for cladding facades or walls of building has layer made of solid foamed plastic, ceramic plates, stone, ceramic material, clinker plates that are embedded to layer of material of solid foamed plastic and/or glued to it, dentils that include depressions and ridges or lugs at one or opposite to each other edges of the wall element. Joints between the plates are closed by means of building mortar. At the back side of the wall element grooves are provided, those are placed in vertical or horizontal positions in line with depressions and dentils or lugs, and/or with skew. The grooves end in deepened sections in front of the edges of the wall element. By use of the grooves one achieves leveling of vapor pressure and/or decrease of surface tension, this substantially decreases possibility of humidity devepolment and danger of damage of the wall element.
