Изобретение касается способа предварительной физической обработки кларитромицина, в котором кларитромицин сначала увлажняют водой из расчета до 1 мл воды на кларитромицина, причем растворимость кларитромицина в воде меньше, чем приблизительно 0,1 г/л, а после этого высушивают.
