Изобретение касается фармацевтической композиции, которая содержит пантопразол в качестве активного ингредиента и имеет форму пилюли, которая включает:(а) ядро, которое содержит активный ингредиент, подщелачивающее вещество, наполнитель и разрыхлитель,(б) необязательно водорастворимый разделительный слой или подложку; и(в) энтеросолюбильное покрытие,причем пантопразол представлен в форме частичек, которые имеют средний размер частичек в диапазоне от 60 мкм до 250 мкм, а слой энтеросолюбильного покрытия имеет толщину от 85 мкм до 150 мкм.
