Abstract

Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая пантопразол в качестве активного ингредиента. Пантопразол присутствует в форме частиц, имеющих средний размер частиц в диапазоне от 60 до 250 мкм. Пантопразол, имеющий средний размер частиц в диапазоне от 60 до 250 мкм, получают при помощи способа, включающего стадии увлажнения пантопразола водой, имеющей значение рН, составляющее от 10 до 12, в мешалке с большими сдвиговыми усилиями, пропускания влажного пантопразола через сито, имеющее размер ячейки от 0,8 до 1,2 мм, и высушивания массы в сушилке с псевдоожиженным слоем.
