A method for obtaining minced meat with milk protein comprises passing raw cutlet meat through a mincer with two gratings, frying the cutlet meat up to readiness, making a white sauce on the juice which forms after frying, mixing fried cutlet meat with bulb onion, slightly fried in oil, passing through mincer with fine grating, dressing the minced meat with white sauce, table salt, ground black pepper, finely chopped greenness and thorough mixing. Buttermilk coprecipitate is added to the fried cutlet meat with bulb onion, slightly fried in oil as the milk-protein component. While mixing the mince, ground dried cystozira is introduced as a biologically active additive. The ready minced meat is injected into a cellophane coating, cooled and frozen.
