Abstract
Изобретение относится к цветной металлургии и преимущественно касается изготовления лопаток компрессора турбомашин. Изделие изготовлено из сплавов β-титана или квази- β -титана и имеет микроструктуру сердцевины, образованную цельными зернами со степенью вытягивания выше 4 и эквивалентным диаметром от 10 до 300 мкм. Способ изготовления изделия предусматривает получение эмалированной вытянутой заготовки, ковку, закалку и отпуск. Технический результат – повышается срок эксплуатации.
