Description of the invention
The invention relates to medicine, more precisely to cardiology. 2 Currently, hypertension is one of the most widespread diseases, both in the world and in Ukraine, which leads to long-term loss of working capacity and disability.
In order to solve this problem, a large number of drugs have been developed that affect various links in the pathogenesis of arterial hypertension. It is known that with hypertension there is a deficiency of magnesium in the body, which contributes to the occurrence of vasoconstriction and can lead to cardiac arrhythmia. 70 Magnesium sulfate has been used for the treatment of hypertension for a long time, but its effectiveness is not always sufficient, its high cost, and the time-consuming technological process of obtaining it cause its inaccessibility to the population.
In addition, the drug magnesium sulfate or its organic salts cause hypochloremic alkalosis and loss of potassium in the tissues of the body (11. 12). effectiveness of existing drugs, would not have negative properties of existing drugs
(І.The National Program for the fight against arterial hypertension studied the drug Bishofit, which is a natural compound of magnesium (MoCi 6H2O), which contains microelements (Ii, Si, Mp, Re, Mi, AI, 2p, etc.) and biologically active substances (compounds bromine, iodine, orthophosphoric acid, etc.) (I.
Poltava bischophyte oil is a non-toxic compound approved for use by the Pharmacological Committee of Ukraine, protocol Mo4 dated 04/27/98.
Присутність у бішофіті 80-9095 сполук магнію та біологічно активних речовин обумовлює його гіпотензивний, вазоділятуючий, антиаритмічний і імуностимулюючий ефекти |21.The presence of magnesium compounds and biologically active substances in bischophyte 80-9095 determines its hypotensive, vasodilating, antiarrhythmic and immunostimulating effects |21.
--Currently, for the treatment of hypertension, the method of introducing bischofite into the body is used "transdermally, with the help of electrophoresis |Z). However, this method of treatment has its drawbacks, as it requires special equipment, one procedure can be administered from one device to only one patient, which limits the number of patients receiving procedures at the same time. Some patients have contraindications for electrophoresis treatment. --
використовується хлорид натрію |4) (прототип).There is a method of treatment using an artificial microclimate chamber where Ge is the active agent! sodium chloride is used |4) (prototype).
ФBut it is known that an excess of sodium chloride in the body causes negative consequences, especially with hypertension. F
The basis of the invention is the task of improving the method of treating hypertension, in which, as a result of the use of bischofite as an active agent in the artificial microclimate chamber, an active EE occurs, the penetration of magnesium ions into the body through the broncho-pulmonary apparatus. Thanks to the peculiarity of bischofite, as a magnesium-containing drug, it exhibits the properties of a calcium antagonist, and a hypotensive effect is achieved.
The task is solved in such a way that in the method of treating hypertensive patients, which "includes placing the patient in an artificial microclimate chamber (halo chamber), according to the invention, bischofite (magnesium chloride) is used as an active agent. c Thus, the set of essential features is in a cause-and-effect relationship with the achievable technical result.
The advantages of this method are that due to the presence in the halo chamber of a highly dispersed magnesium-containing bischofite aerosol, the penetration of magnesium ions into the body through the broncho-pulmonary apparatus occurs. Moreover, large particles of bischofite aerosol up to 20 μm in size settle in the upper parts of the lungs,
Me particles of the size up to bmk and smaller penetrate to the bronchi - IM orders, as well as to the bronchioles and alveoli, due to which, the area of absorption increases. In addition, bischophyte penetrates well through the skin. Magnesium ions in the body exhibit calcium antagonist properties. Magnesium inhibits the release of calcium from the sarcoplasmic and reticulum after the influx of extracellular calcium, stimulates Ca 2 "ATPase activity and competes with (Ce) 50 calcium for certain binding sites with tropasin and myosin, which leads to vasodilation. Magnesium reduces the degree of adhesion platelets, which determines its powerful antiarrhythmic effect. In addition, bischofite has cardioprotective, hypolipidemic and immunostimulating properties, which prevents the development of complications of hypertensive disease.
The immunostimulating property of bischofite was established by us in 1998 on the basis of numerous experimental, clinical and laboratory studies. This property is registered by the International 59 Association of Authors of Scientific Discoveries as discovery Mo75 (5). in. Bischofite pus causes an effect on the lungs similar to the effect of sodium chloride, but does not have the negative nuances that occur with an excess of sodium chloride.
Introduced into the body with the help of a bischofite halochamber, it causes an improvement in circulation, a decrease in systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery, a decrease in total pulmonary resistance, the speed of pulse wave propagation, because in the small circle of blood circulation and oxygenation of blood in the lungs, biochemical processes in the myocardium are normalized (6). It has also been established that bischofite has a sedative effect due to the fact that it contains bromine and lithium, which is of great importance in the treatment of hypertension.
Thus, the proposed method of treating hypertension is effective, generally available, allows for simultaneous treatment sessions for several patients, does not require the use of special equipment, and does not cause allergic reactions. The method is economically beneficial because bischophyte is domestic,
природною, екологічно чистою сировиною з низькою собівартістю, видобування якого проводиться у Полтавській та Чернігівській областях.a natural, ecologically clean raw material with a low cost, which is extracted in the Poltava and Chernihiv regions.
The method of treatment of patients is carried out as follows:
A group of patients (5-7 people) is placed in an artificial microclimate chamber, the walls of which are equipped with specially made bischofite plates. To refer to the effect of air, the room is saturated with bischofite aerosol through an aerator, the concentration of which in the room is 4-5mg per 1m of Z, air temperature - 21-232С, air speed - 0.15-0.20m/s, noise level - no more than 25dB . Patients are placed in chairs in a comfortable position, the instructor conducts a conversation aimed at physical and mental 70 relaxation of patients for 5-7 minutes. The session lasts 1-1.5 hours daily, for 20-25 days.

Before starting the treatment, the patient underwent a full set of clinical examinations. Then, for 20 days, the patient received a daily treatment session in an artificial microclimate chamber with bischophyte. Each procedure lasted for 1.5 hours. Blood pressure was measured before and after each procedure. On the 21st day from the start of the treatment, the procedure was completed and the patient underwent a full clinical examination again, as a result of which it was established that, compared to the previous data, the patient's condition had significantly improved both subjectively and objectively: - headaches and pain in the region decreased hearts; - no hypertensive crises were registered during treatment; - improved sleep and appetite; - blood pressure indicators were normalized, the analysis of graphs of the change of which showed that both systolic and diastolic pressure decreased, and "systolic pressure" decreased more intensively. The decrease in blood pressure began after the 5th procedure. Blood pressure stabilization came after the 13th procedure. The duration of stable maintenance of the "working" pressure was 30 days. As a result of the course of treatment, the systolic pressure decreased by 3 mm Hg, the diastolic pressure decreased by 2 mm Hg. (according to "h- data of daily monitoring); - reduction of total peripheral resistance; b - a significant decrease in the size and volume of the left ventricle; Gee! - an increase in the ejection fraction, which indicates an improvement in the pumping function of the myocardium, which is confirmed by an increase in the anterior-posterior size of the left ventricle in systole; b - increase in the amount of magnesium in erythrocytes; Ge) - decrease in magnesium concentration in erythrocytes; - reduction of manifestations of astheno-neurotic syndrome.
