Abstract

Спосіб витягування чистого бензолу з вуглеводневих сумішей, які містять ароматичні вуглеводні й високу кількість неароматичних вуглеводнів, включає екстрактивну дистиляцію в присутності N-формілморфоліну як селективного розчинника, проведеної в колоні екстрактивної дистиляції й відгінній колоні. З метою зниження енерговитрат вихідна вуглеводнева суміш попередньо розділяється шляхом дистиляції, пари, отриманого при цьому головного продукту перед подачею на стадію екстрактивної дистиляції, використовуються для обігріву колон на стадії екстрактивної дистиляції шляхом непрямого теплообміну з повною конденсацією головного продукту.
