Abstract
A method for making a dietetic additive based on secondary raw collagen material of poultry-processing industry (chicken legs) includes preparing the raw material, mincing, addition of an aqueous solution of bromeline or collagenase, carrying out enzymic hydrolysis. According to the method, the inactivation of the enzymic preparations comprised by the hydrolysate of the raw collagen material of the poultry-processing industry and drying in a ZTP-dryer are carried out.
