Abstract
A device for isolation of components of a gas mixture by adsorption into a solid base and possibility of thermal regeneration of the solid base contains a gas-tight hollow body (1), which forms a reaction space for adsorption, the solid base (4) located in the gas-tight hollow body (1) capable of adsorbing at least one component of the gas, at least in part, the first hole (2) suitable for inlet of gas mixture in a gas-tight hollow body (1), the second hole (3) suitable for removal of the gas mixture from gas-tight hollow body (1) and at least one electrode (5, 6) coupled with high-frequency generator (8) with a frequency from 1 to 50 MHz. At least one electrode (5, 6) is made as a part of gas-tight hollow body (1) and/or connected to it with electrical conductivity and/or at least a part of the electrode (5, 6) is located inside the solid base (4), while next to the second hole (3) in the solid base (4) a humidity sensor (15) is located.
