Abstract
A method for producing a frozen half-finished product of a borsch garnish includes shredding and frying carrot, onion, parsley root, stewing with cooked beet, adding with tomato and spices. At the stewing stage fried sweet pepper is added and, after the stewing, shredded slightly stewn cabbage. After that the half-finished product obtained is packed, cooled and frozen.
