Abstract
A method for obtaining a frozen half-finished product of a vegetable mixture for first and second dishes includes preliminary shredding and frying carrot, onion, parsley root, adding spices. Then sweet paper is added at the stage of stewing, and further parboiled cabbage is added. Tomato sauce is added together with the sweet pepper. The stewing is carried out with fresh red beet. Then the obtained half-finished product is subjected to partial dehydration. After that it is packed, cooled and frozen.
