Abstract
Эндопротез верхнего полюса головки первой плюсневой кости содержит продольный крепежный элемент, перпендикулярный жестко связанному с ним суставному элементу, выполненному в виде сопряженных полусфер и гребня. Плоскость симметрии последних и перпендикулярная ей диаметральная площадь сопряжения проходят через продольную ось крепежного элемента, к которому они обращены своей вогнутостью. Вдоль боковых граней одной из пластин имеются пилообразные выступы, смещенные в шахматном порядке друг относительно друга. Через другую пластину проходит продольная плоскость симметрии эндопротеза. При этом гребень выполнен в виде дуги с высотой, плавно уменьшающейся к краям и с внутренней поверхностью в виде желоба.
