The duo-directional power amplifier comprises an output transistor in each leg, the emitter being connected with a corresponding electric power supply bus and a collector is connected to a load, a control transistor, the collector being connected with a output transistor base through a resistor and the emitter is connected with an additional electric power supply bus, a protection transistor. The output transistor, a protection transistor of one leg and a control transistor of another leg is of the same structure. With the purpose of efficiency upgrading and speeding, there is an additional clipping amplifier in each leg. The clipping amplifier inputs are united and are a duo-directional power amplifier input.
