Description of the invention
The claimed useful model relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for 2 treatment of purulent wounds.
Дренування є провідним серед методів фізичної антисептики та базується на використанні законів 70 капілярності, гігроскопічності, дифузії, осмосу, принципу сифону тощо |11.The main method of treating purulent diseases of soft tissues is the early adequate opening of the purulent focus with the removal of necrotic tissues and drainage of the wound (2). Drainage (English agaip - to drain, to drain) involves the creation of conditions for the outflow of the contents of wounds, abscesses, various cavities and hollow organs into the environment. Drainage is the leading method of physical antiseptics and is based on the use of 70 laws of capillarity, hygroscopicity, diffusion, osmosis, the siphon principle, etc. |11.
Гній, продукти розпаду тканин, а з ними і мікроорганізми одним або декількома дренажами виводяться і евакуюються в спеціальні ємності або в пов'язку - мимоволі, без додаткового пристрою і примусової аспірації (пасивне дренування) або шляхом примусової і тривалої евакуації, яка забезпечується різними аспіраційними системами за рахунок створюваного ними постійного негативного тиску в дренажі (активне дренування).The problem of wound drainage most often arises when there is a need to remove secretions from abscesses, the contents of hollow organs, natural or pathological body cavities (blood, seroma, purulent discharge, etc.) through the established drainage. In practice, drainage is carried out with the help of rubber, chlorovinyl or silicone tubes of various diameters, rubber or gauze strips, specially made 79 plastic strips, which are inserted into the wound or cavity. Pus, tissue decay products, and with them microorganisms are removed through one or more drains and evacuated into special containers or in a bandage - involuntarily, without an additional device and forced aspiration (passive drainage) or by forced and long-term evacuation, which is provided by various aspiration devices systems due to the constant negative pressure they create in the drainage (active drainage).
The closest to the proposed method is the method of draining the cavity of a purulent wound with a rubber perforated tube, which is carried out as follows: access to the purulent focus or its opening, remove pus, fibrin and other inflammatory products, lay or conduct perforated drainage tubes in the longitudinal direction as , so that the surface of the infected cavity is in contact with the perforated section of the drainage tube, both ends of the drainage are brought to the skin through healthy tissues by means of punctures, the tube is fixed, and the operative access to the abscess is sutured tightly in layers |Z). what
сThe analogue method has the following disadvantages: the impossibility of monitoring and monitoring the state of the residual cavity after removal of the drain due to the rapid closure of the edges of the drainage fistula, the impossibility of installing the drain in accordance with the complex configuration of the wound after its removal, traumatization of tissues and the long duration of the procedure when re-placing the drain, the formation of skin maceration of the edges wounds in the place in contact with the drainage during its long stay. with
The task that is solved by the claimed method consists in improving the method of wound drainage, improving the outflow of wound contents, reducing the risk of formation of residual cavities after drainage, rapid reduction of the wound cavity and its contents, wound healing and elimination of the inflammatory process, reduction ("3 duration and the traumatic nature of the operation and the duration of the postoperative period, makes it possible to establish the necessary drainage according to the configuration (including complex) of the pathological cavity during repeated drainage of the scrotum after removal of the initially installed drainage, the proposed method is economically beneficial and does not require additional devices.
The task is solved by the fact that in the known method of wound drainage, which includes access /"T to the purulent focus, removal of pus, fibrin and other inflammatory products, laying or passing 50 perforated drainage tubes into the wound cavity, both ends of which are brought out and fixed on the skin through healthy tissues, and operative access to the abscess is sewn tightly in layers, according to a useful model before extraction

Urgent operation was performed under endotracheal anesthesia: opening, sanitation and drainage of the abscess. During the operation, access to the purulent focus was made through 2 separate small contralateral incisions, through which revision of the abscess cavity was carried out, mechanical evacuation of its contents (fragments of hematoma coils, necrotic detritus, fibrin), sanitation of the focus with an antiseptic solution. The operation was completed by placing 2 perforated silicone drainage tubes (1st - through, placed longitudinally, with two ends protruding outside, 2-4 for irrigating the wound cavity with antiseptic solutions), the ends of the drains were brought to the skin through counter-apertures and fixed, operative access the abscess was sewn tightly in layers. 70 Dressings were performed daily, antiseptics were injected into the wound cavity twice a day. On the 5th day of the postoperative period, the amount of discharge from the drainage decreased significantly (up to 20 ml), the drains were removed, with the simultaneous introduction of a surgical thread into the wound cavity according to the proposed method. Subsequently, the thread was in the cavity until the 8th day of the postoperative period, after which it was removed.
