The useful model refers to medicine, its section of therapeutic dentistry, namely to method 2 of treatment of generalized periodontitis.
247-3961).The relevance of the problem of generalized periodontitis (GP) is determined by the frequency of the pathology, which covers more than 9,095 adults worldwide (WHO, 2005). Taking into account the polyetiological nature of periodontitis and the insufficient effectiveness of existing methods of treatment, there is a need to search for new effective drugs | Danylevsky N.F., Borysenko A.V. Periodontal diseases.-K.-Health.-2000.-p.247-3961).
6/00,Known methods of complex treatment of periodontitis by using the drugs metronidazole and amizone and selective drug amizon |DPU Mo58453A, A 61K 6/00,
Byul.me9, 2003)|, which are based on the pronounced antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of amizone and the antimicrobial effect of metronidazole. However, these methods involve the use of amizon only for local action directly on the periodontal tissues without its internal use for a systemic effect on the course of GP. At the same time, amizone belongs to new unique drugs with a wide spectrum of pharmacodynamic effect and therapeutic potential. The general drawback of the above methods of treatment is an unstable therapeutic effect, insufficient duration of remission after the treatment, as well as failure to take into account the nature of the course of generalized periodontitis (chronic, acute) and the stages of treatment.

Ministry of Health of Ukraine 14.09.05 Mo469 |Registration certificate OA /3581/01/01) is an amorphous powder of light yellow or light yellow color with a lemon tint, a characteristic smell, easily suspended in aqueous solutions to form a liposomal emulsion . It is produced in bottles in the form of 60 lyophilized powder for preparation of solution for injections. The bottle is stored at a temperature no higher than 02C, in a place protected from light. One bottle contains standard lecetin 550 mg, quercetin 15 mg; excipients: lactose. Manufacturer-JSC "Biolik" According to the instructions, the drug has an antioxidant, antihypoxant and anti-inflammatory effect. It has an antiarrhythmic and cardioprotective effect. The therapeutic effect is due to the complex action of the components of the drug lipoflavon. Lecetin (phosphatidylcholine) belongs to drugs that have been relatively recently included in medical practice in the form of liposomal forms of essential phospholipids (EPL). Liposomes are microscopic vesicles, the shell of which (artificial membrane) consists of lipid molecules, most often - phospholipids. As you know, lipids are one of the main components of biological cell membranes, which create an energy reserve in the body, and are also capable of creating protective coatings. The mechanism of action of liposomes consists in their ability to actively interact with the cell surface, restore the integrity of cell membranes, and activate cell membrane structures.

The B5-lipoxygenase pathway of arachidonic acid metabolism, suppressing the synthesis of leukotrienes, protein kinase C and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase, activates the adenylate cyclase cascade, inhibits signal transmission and implementation in the calcium-mobilizing polyphosphoinositide system. The antioxidant effect of quercetin is due to the maintenance of the body's antioxidant systems and the ability to eliminate POL products, their interaction with 2o membranes and permeability through the lipid layer. The drug restores the functional activity of the vascular endothelium, the synthesis and/or release of the endothelial relaxation factor (nitric oxide), prevents a decrease in the energy metabolism of cells, an increase in the level of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-8 in the blood serum, helps to reduce the aggregation of platelets, improve the rheological parameters of the blood and its microcirculation.
