A power plant has a steam-turbine unit that comprises boiler with main furnace and additional one arranged with cooling jacket, steam turbine with generator and gas-turbine unit with gas turbine, compressor and generator. The compressor by its output is connected through jacket of additional furnace to gas turbine. The turbine by its exhaust is connected to the boiler. Additionally the plant is equipped with unit for water decomposition to oxygen and hydrogen with gasholders connected to generator of steam turbine. The jacket of additional furnace is separated to air and oxygen sections. The compressor is by its input connected to oxygen gasholder and is connected to gas turbine through air section of the jacket. The hydrogen gasholder is connected to main furnace of boiler.
