The invention relates to heat-power engineering. A power plant has steam-turbine unit comprising boiler with main furnace and additional one arranged with wraparound cooling jacket and steam turbine, as well as gas-turbine unit with gas turbine connected by exhaust to boiler, compressor and generator. Output of compressor is connected to gas turbine through cooling jacket of additional furnace. It is additionally equipped with membrane air separator with nitrogen gasholder. The compressor is made with at least two sequential compression stages, and membrane separator is installed between stages, at that exhaust of gas turbine is connected to boiler through additional furnace.
