Abstract

The carbon sorbent contains the crushed activated carbon from solid plant wastes with a micro-, meso- and macroporous structure, such as – from pits and/or nutshell. The invention relates to the processes of purification of chemical solutions and biological fluids with application of granulated carbon sorbents, which are used for extraction of heavy and radioactive metals, ultrafine purification of substances and extraction of toxic components from biological fluids, for example, for hemosorption of human blood.
