The invention relates to milk industry. A process for the production of cream paste provides for milk separation with obtaining of dairy cream, mixing thereof with protein filler, pasteurization, mixture homogenization and cooling. Separation is carried out up to obtaining of dairy cream of 28-48% fat content. Whey-protein concentrate in amount of 5-10% of finished product weight is used as protein filler. The mixture obtained is pasteurized at a temperature of 70-74°C and homogenized at a temperature of 40-60°C.
