Abstract
The method of correction of metabolism and trace elements in the body of young cattle (cattle) for fattening includes the introduction into his diet of protein-vitamin mineral feed additives (BVMKD), which contain a protein component of plant origin, wheat bran, vitamin calcium phosphate phosphate and trace elements copper, zinc, cobalt, iodine, selenium in the form of inorganic salts in the premix. It adjusts the content of trace elements of copper, zinc, cobalt, iodine and selenium, and as a protein component of plant origin in the composition of BVMKD introduce dry beer pellets and extruded fodder beans.
Description
The useful model belongs to the field of animal husbandry, in particular to fodder production and feeding of cattle (cattle), namely to methods of increasing the growth of young cattle at fattening, and can be used at feed mills, feedlots of farms of various organizational and legal forms, the activities of which are aimed at beef production.
The basis of profitable management of the livestock industry in modern conditions of agricultural production is to increase productivity and improve the quality indicators of products. The question of the rational structure of the fodder base and the organization on its basis of full feeding of animals with maximum saturation of rations with high-protein components of local production and deficient in the BAR zone (biologically active substances) is of great importance. Therefore, the development and testing of cattle in general and young animals for fattening, in particular, new types of complete ration compound feed, feed additives, including protein-vitamin mineral feed additives (BVMKD), as means to increase their productivity while simultaneously reducing the cost of production remains relevant.
There are known methods of increasing the productivity of fattening bulls (1-4), the essence of which is that increasing the productivity and quality of fattening cattle is achieved by correcting the metabolism by introducing methionate microelements into the rations in the form of mixtures, feed additives, and premixes.
The disadvantage of these methods is the elimination of the deficiency of only a few microelements, the lack of other BARs is not taken into account, the addition of mineral substances is carried out only at the final stage of fattening, which does not ensure the full manifestation of the genetic potential of fattening cattle.
There is also a known method of increasing the meat productivity of young cattle
I5Y, which consists in the implantation of granules of the amino acids lysine and methionine subcutaneously in a dose of 300 mg/head.
The disadvantage of the method is that it does not take into account the level of feeding and the physiological state of animals, as well as the high cost of drugs.
There is a known method of growing, rearing and fattening young cattle by using a protein-vitamin supplement (BVD-89) of IEI, which contains high-protein supplements of cotton and sunflower meal, wheat bran, macronutrient salts (monocalcium phosphate, table salt) and premix P 63-89. The drug can be used in
From farms for lack of protein, macro- and microelements in the rations of young animals. Its action is aimed at ensuring the need of ruminants in the listed nutrients in order to correct the metabolism of redox reactions, synthetic processes, scar metabolism, etc. in the animal's body.
The drawback of the drug is its insufficient effectiveness due to the failure to take into account the specifics of the forage wedge of the Carpathian region and the type of rations. In addition, the BMD components - cotton (not available in the region) and sunflower meal - are expensive, which affects the cost of the final product - increases, and hence the profitability of the livestock industry.
The closest analogue to the claimed method is the method of adjusting the content of microelements by using BVMD G7/Y, which includes sunflower cake, peas, wheat bran, monocalcium phosphate, kitchen salt and a premix (in the structure of BVMD) containing trace elements Manganese, Copper , Zinc, Cobalt, Iodine, Selenium in the form of inorganic salts, fat-soluble vitamins A, O, E. Wheat bran serves as a filler for the premix.
The use of the method is intended to provide rations of fattening young animals with easily digestible protein and biologically active substances.
The disadvantage of this method is that its structure does not take into account the regional features of agro-ecological conditions and the structure of the fodder base, types of diets, biogeochemical status of individual zones.
10,6 95.The proposed method eliminates the shortcomings of the prototype and optimizes the rations of fattening young animals in terms of protein, critical elements of mineral and vitamin nutrition, which helps to increase their productivity, namely: with the application of the proposed method, the live weight gain of fattening bulls increased by 10.6 95.
The useful model is based on the task of developing an effective, ecologically safe, cheap and usable method of correcting the metabolism and content of trace elements in the body of young cattle on fattening by normalizing their rations in the winter-stall period in terms of protein, mineral elements and fat-soluble vitamins in the composition BVMKD
The task is solved by the fact that the rations of young cattle on fattening are adjusted according to the content of trace elements Cuprum, Zinc, Cobalt, Iodine, Selenium, and as a protein component of plant origin, dry brewer's grain and extruded fodder beans are introduced as part of BVMKD. At the same time, the manufactured BVMKD is fed as part of compound feed in the amount of 25 95, and the premix in the amount of 5 95 (by weight) in the structure of BVMKD to fattening cows daily during the winter-stalling period.
When conducting a patent information search, the authors and the applicant found the technical solution І|7)|, which contains essential features common to the declared solution, namely: a protein component of plant origin, wheat bran, monocalcium phosphate, table salt, vitamin p and trace elements Cuprum, Zinc, Cobalt, Iodine, Selenium in the form of inorganic salts in the premix.
But the presence of the specified features in common with the closest analogue does not ensure the technical result achieved by the claimed method. No technical solutions were identified that would fully match the set of features with the declared one. This allows us to conclude that the declared technical solution meets the "novelty" criterion.
In the patent and scientific and technical information, no technical solutions were found, which would describe information about the features that distinguish the claimed method from the closest analogue and ensure the achievement of a technical result (increase in live weight gain, correction of the content of microelements).
The declared useful model belongs to the field of animal husbandry, in particular to fodder production and cattle feeding, namely to methods of increasing the growth of young cattle at fattening and can be used at feed mills, feedlots of farms of various organizational and legal forms, whose activities are aimed at the production of beef, and therefore meets the "industrial suitability" criterion.
The declared utility model is implemented as follows.
In fattening farms located in biogeochemical zones and provinces with a deficiency of trace elements, as well as in rations that are not balanced in terms of protein and fat-soluble vitamins, the declared method is used, for this, BVMKD is made in a complex with experimental premix The produced BVMKD is fed as part of the compound feed in the amount of 25 95, and the premix in the amount of 5 95 (by weight) in the structure of the BVMKD is fed to Bugai cows on fattening every day during the winter-stall period of maintenance.

4).The use of compound feed with standard BVMD and with an experimental feed additive had different effects on both the intensity of metabolism in the body of cattle (tables 2, 3) and their productivity (table 4).
2).The level of active acidity (pH) is an integral indicator of assessing the intensity and direction of fermentation processes in the rumen. The concentration of hydrogen ions determines the quantitative and species composition of microflora, its activity, formation and absorption of ammonia, organic acids and a number of other metabolites. Therefore, in our experiment, the pH level of the rumen fluid of bulls that received a supplement with beer groats was probably lower than in the control, which to some extent may be evidence of the high intensity of fermentation processes (Table 2).

3).The rate of formation and degree of utilization of ammonia is one of the most important factors that determine the efficiency of nitrogen use in the animal body. A decrease in the level of ammonia nitrogen (Р«0.05) was established in the Boga animals of the research group, which may be a consequence of both more effective use of ammonia by microbial populations, as evidenced by an increase in the level of amine nitrogen, and more intensive evacuation of ammonia through the rumen wall. Since the animals of the experimental group had a lower pH value, obviously most of the ammonia molecules were in the ionized form (MNaz), absorbed more slowly into the blood and were more fully used by the microflora in synthetic processes, which is confirmed by the higher concentration of total and protein nitrogen (Table 2). . This, in turn, is consistent with the probably lower level of urea in the blood of the Bugayans of the experimental group compared to the control group (Table 3).
A feedback relationship was noted between the concentration of ammonia and amine nitrogen. Thus, among the Bugai people of the research group, the nitrogen level of free amino acids was higher than in the control, which may have occurred due to the activation of the processes of reductive amination of keto acids.
3).During the analysis of the morphological indicators of blood, a tendency to increase the degree of saturation of erythrocytes with hemoglobin was established in the animals of the experimental group, which may indicate a slightly higher intensity of redox processes in their body (Table 3).

The study of the protein spectrum of blood serum showed a probable increase in the level of total protein and albumin fraction, which indicates a satisfactory functional state of the liver, which is the main producer of serum proteins. A direct relationship between albumin concentration and average daily live weight gains was noted (Table 4). The increase in the albumin content led to an increase in the protein index in the animals of the research group, which is evidence of a more efficient exchange of proteins in their body as a whole.
4).The average daily weight gain of the experimental group of Bugai cattle for 96 days of the accounting period amounted to 801 g and was 10.6 95 higher than in the control (723 g) (Table 4).
