Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming, and can be used for feeding farm birds with a balanced diet, including a feed additive.
- 2007. - №10. - С. 25-27 (1)].The main direction that makes it possible to maximize the genetic potential of a bird is to provide it with biologically active feeding [Gorlov I.F., Varakin A.T., Cheprasova O.V. etc. Effective additive to feed for broiler chickens / Feed production. - 2007. - No. 10. - P. 25-27 (1)].
- 2008. - №3 (11). - С. 78-84 (2)].Today, from the perspective of modern ideas about fully balanced feeding of poultry, the need to use biologically active additives in diets is justified. Their rational use is based on increasing productive action, increasing the transformation of nutrients, contributing to increased digestibility and efficiency of use of nutrient rations [Gorlov I.F., Cheprasova O.V., Klochkov M.M. Reserves for increasing the efficiency of food egg production / News of the Nizhnevolzhsky agro-university complex: science and higher professional education. - 2008. - No. 3 (11). - P. 78-84 (2)].
- 2007. - №6. - С. 39-41 (3)].Feed additives of plant origin are considered the best alternative to widely used and well-proven antibiotic growth stimulants [Egorov I.A., Andrianova E.N., Prisyazhnaya L.M. and others. The use of the drug Verva and fir flour in feed for broiler chickens / Poultry and poultry products. - 2007. - No. 6. - P. 39-41 (3)].
To maintain health and increase productivity, it is necessary to increase the energy concentration in the dry matter of the diet of farm animals and poultry through energy supplements [Zayats V.N., Kvetkovskaya A.V., Nadarinskaya M.A. Feeding highly productive cows with propylene glycol in combination with niacin and glycerin / Feeding farm animals and feed production. - 2009. - No. 1. - P. 20-23 (4); Ryzhov V.A., Ryzhova E.S., Korotkiy V.P., Esipovich A.L., Kazantsev O.A., Zenkin A.S. Coniferous energy feed additive for livestock / Modern scientific research: current theories and concepts - ART 64387. - URL: http://ekoncept. ru/teleconf/64387.html - State. reg. El No. FS 77 - 49965. - ISSN 2304-120Х (5); Ryzhov V.A., Ryzhova E.S., Korotkiy V.P., Zenkin A.Syu, Marisov S.S. Development and industrial application of domestic phytobiotics / Scientific and methodological electronic journal Concept. 2015. T. 13. P. 3236-3240 (6)] will help to increase the energy nutritional value of animal and poultry diets, enrich them with vitamins and macro- and microelements, and maintain productive health.
The advantage of natural feed additives is due to the fact that they contain a complex of natural biologically active substances in an optimal combination, which, when introduced into the body, even in very small quantities, cause a certain effect.
A promising and little-studied area is the use of combined supplements containing energy components, biologically active and mineral substances and vitamins.
2 - 5.Woody greens of coniferous wood contain carotene, chlorophyll, xanthophyll and other substances involved in metabolism and in the synthesis of a number of vitamins in the body of animals; Moreover, carotene, which is provitamin A, is contained in pine needles twice as much as in carrots. In winter and autumn, vitamin deficiency can be compensated for by adding pine and spruce needles to the diet, rich in vitamins A, C, B2, K, E, P. 1 kg of green pine needles contains, mg: carotene - 60-130, vitamin C - 3000, vitamin K - 20, vitamin B2 - 5.
Pine needles contain iron, manganese, copper, zinc, cobalt, potassium, sodium, calcium, etc. The high cobalt content in needles explains the therapeutic effect of feeding it to cattle. In addition, the needles contain resinous substances, essential oils and phytoncides, which have a bacteriostatic effect on the intestinal microflora.
In connection with the above, the purpose of this research was to study the effect of active carbon feed additive [RF Patent No. 2522958. Publ. 07/20/2014. Bull. 20 (7)], enriched with choline chloride to increase the energy nutritional value of diets, enrich them with vitamins, macro- and microelements, which increases the digestibility of feed, improves metabolic processes in the poultry body and leads to increased productivity of broiler chickens.
The manufacturer of the active coal feed additive is LLC Scientific and Technical Center "Khiminvest", Nizhny Novgorod. Active coal feed additive [RF Patent No. 2522958. Publ. 07/20/2014. Bull. 20 (7)] is intended for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of farm animals.
Choline chloride is an organic substance that contains choline or vitamin B4. Choline is an essential nutrient related to the water-soluble B vitamins, folic acid, pyridoxine and B12, as well as the essential amino acid methionine. Choline is the main building block of lecithin.
A feed additive for increasing the productivity of broiler chickens, containing an active carbon feed additive, is characterized in that it additionally contains choline chloride, with the following component ratio, %: - active carbon feed additive - 95.0; - choline chloride - 5.0, characterized by the fact that in order to increase the productivity of broiler chickens, including the use of active carbon feed additive enriched with choline chloride at a dose of 20 g/kg of feed in diets for fattening broiler chickens from one day to 40 days of age .
1.Research to study the effectiveness of using the developed feed additive was carried out in the vivarium of the Samara State Agrarian University on broiler chickens of the Ross 308 cross from one day to 40 days of age. At one day of age, two groups were formed: control and experimental, each group contained 10 heads of broiler chickens. The studies were carried out according to the scheme presented in table. 1.
The birds were kept in cages with a mesh floor. Each cage was equipped with a drinking bowl and feeder, which provided free access to food and water. Microclimate parameters were the same in all groups. A 24-hour lighting schedule was used throughout the experiment.
2).A two-phase feeding system was used in the experiment. In this case, starter (from 1 to 21 days of age) and growth feed (from 22 to 40 days of age) were used. In each phase, the diet met or exceeded the needs of broiler chickens for energy, nutrients, macro- and microelements (Table 2).
Broiler chickens were fed for 40 days. The live weight of broiler chickens was taken into account by individually weighing the birds, which was carried out at the age of 1, 14, 28 and 40 days. The birds were weighed before feeding. At the end of the experiment, morphological and biochemical blood parameters were studied.
3).The study of morphological and biochemical blood parameters allows us to assess the intensity of physiological processes occurring in the body. Blood is a direct participant in metabolism. Morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of broiler chickens using a feed additive in their diets were carried out on the 40th day of the experiment. These indicators were found within the physiological norm in experimental broiler chickens (Table 3).
Hemoglobin in the blood of a bird acts as a carrier of oxygen to the hematopoietic organs. The amount of hemoglobin in broiler chickens of the control group is 104.0 g/l. In the experimental one - by 4 g/l compared to analogues from the control.
Red blood cells perform the respiratory function in the blood, which is one of the most important. In the experimental poultry group, the number of erythrocytes was at the level of 3.20⋅10 12 /l, which is higher than in the blood of control animals.
In the protective activity of the body, their role as proteins is great; they participate in water metabolism, the transfer of nutrients and metabolic products, as well as blood clotting. The total protein content in the blood of broiler chickens in the control group was 41.4 g/l, and in the experimental group this indicator exceeded the control by 6.5 g/l.
At the end of the experiment, the amount of total protein in the blood serum of broiler chickens in the group of birds receiving the feed additive was 15.7% higher relative to the control group.
It should be noted that almost all blood parameters of the experimental bird corresponded to physiological standards. However, in the blood of the birds of the experimental groups there was a slight increase (closer to the upper limit of normal) in the content of red blood cells, protein, hemoglobin, calcium, phosphorus, glucose and cholesterol, which allows us to judge more intensive metabolic processes in the body.
4.The dynamics of growth of broiler chickens in the control and experimental groups is presented in Table. 4.
(3,3%).The main criterion by which feeding efficiency is judged is live weight. In the first two weeks, no significant differences in live weight were observed between the chickens of the experimental and control groups. But at 28 and 40 days of age, broilers from the experimental groups were superior to the control. Thus, the live weight of broiler chickens in the experimental group at the age of 28 days was higher by 50.6 g (4.0%). At the age of 40 days, the difference was 78.4 g (3.3%).
5.Data on changes in the average daily increase in live weight of broiler chickens of experimental groups are presented in table. 5.
За весь период откорма среднесуточный прирост живой массы составил в контроле 57,8 г, а в опытной 59,3 разница была статистически достоверной (при Р<0,01).It follows from the table that the average daily gain in broiler chickens of the experimental groups, which were additionally administered a feed additive, is higher than in the control animals, which received only the main diet. The most intensive growth was observed in the final fattening period. Thus, the average daily increase in live weight of broiler chickens during the final fattening period (29-40 days) reached 91.2 g in the control group and 93.5 g in the experimental group. Over the entire fattening period, the average daily increase in live weight was 57.8 g in the control, and 59.3 in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (at P <0.01).
6.The economic efficiency of using the developed feed additive in diets for fattening broiler chickens is presented in Table. 6.
15,7%.From Table 6 it follows that when selling broiler chicken meat, 3,140 rubles were received from the control group, while 3,440 rubles were received from the experimental group. At the same time, the cost of production in the control group was 2,790 rubles, in the experimental group - 2,973 rubles. At the same time, the level of profitability when using the developed feed additive was 15.7%.
Thus, the introduction of broiler chicken feed into the main diet contributed to an increase in live weight gain. Thus, at 40 days of age, the live weight of chickens in the experimental group was 78.4 g (3.3%) compared to the control.
The introduction of a feed additive at a dose of 20 g/kg of feed in diets for fattening broiler chickens from one day to 40 days of age contributed to an increase in the concentration of total protein in the blood serum, a decrease in the concentration of albumins and an increase in globulins, a decrease in the concentration of glucose, pyruvic acid and β-lipoproteins , a decrease in the activity of alania aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase, as well as an increase in the content of calcium and phosphorus in the blood serum.
15,7%.The use of a feed additive in the diet of broiler chickens had a positive impact on economic indicators. The profitability level of chicken meat production when using the additive was 15.7%.
