Decorative pillows are one of the types of decorative products (see, for example, pErulmotapumiki.gy/). As a rule, the pillow shell is obtained by joining the canvases along the edges by stitching, after which the shell is turned inside out and the connection zone is inside the shell and is not visible.

However, decorative pillows can be not only classic rectangular shapes, but also complex shapes and made of such material that it is difficult to turn the connection zone inside the shell and it remains outside the shell along its contour. This also fully applies to decorative products of small size, especially complex shapes. The decorative product contains a shell 1 and a filler 2 is located in it. The production of decorative products can be carried out in the following way.

The first method uses a material containing synthetic threads or fibers, such as polyester. a) On specialized equipment under the influence of ultrasound, two sheets 3, 4 of material are cut and welded to each other in the form of a shell 1 (Fig. 1). After ultrasonic welding, the connection zone 5 (Fig. 3) is the fused threads of woven material or fibers of non-woven material, which are contained in the fabrics. In a certain area, the edges of the canvas are not cut or welded, leaving an opening for the next filling of the shell with filler. This area is marked in fig. 1 with the number 8.

b) Use a thermal press to apply an image to one or two sides of the shell 1 (Fig. 2). The connection zone 5 obtained in this way is shown in Fig. 4.

Both methods can be carried out without operation b), i.e. the decorative product may not have an applied image. Its attractiveness is given by the material of the canvas from which the shell is made, and the shape of the decorative product.

With both methods, a seamless connection zone is obtained, that is, there are no needle punctures in the connection zone and no suture material - thread - is used in it. Seamless connection of synthetic fabrics, in particular on the basis of polyester, is known, but decorative products in which the connection zone is seamless are not known.

The resulting decorative products have high aesthetic and mechanical qualities of the joint area and, accordingly, are generally attractive and durable.

The product in the form of a decorative pillow is shown in fig. 5.
