Abstract

The fabric bag contains two cloths of fabric material, superimposed on each other and connected at the edges to form a connection zone. The connection zone is made seamless.

The utility model relates to products for storing and transporting things or materials, namely fabric bags.

The traditional way of making fabric bags is that two sheets of fabric material are placed on top of each other and joined at the edges to form a joint zone. The connection is made by stitching (see, for example, porz/Lomerad.sot.tsa/aiisIev/5emipd-oi-eso-radzv/).

However, the joint area having a thread seam does not always have an aesthetic appearance, especially when the bags are made of thick fabric or when they have a complex shape.

The basis of a useful model is the task of creating a fabric bag with high aesthetic and mechanical properties of the connection zone.

The task is solved by the fact that in a fabric bag containing two sheets of fabric material, superimposed on each other and joined at the edges to form a connection zone, according to a useful model, the connection zone is made seamless.

A seamless connection refers to the connection of the edges of the canvases, made without piercing them and using suture material - threads.

It is better that the edges of the canvases are connected with a layer of glue in the joint area.

In a bag made of fabric containing threads or fibers of a synthetic material, the threads or fibers of a synthetic material may be fused together in the joint area.

It is better for the bag to have handles attached to the unjoined edges of the canvases.

Next, the implementation options of the useful model are described with reference to the drawings, in which: fig. 1 - a view of the bag from one side, fig. 2 - a view of the connection obtained by gluing, fig. The fabric bag contains canvases 1 and 2, superimposed on each other and connected at the edges to form a connection zone 3, which in one of the variants of the implementation of the useful model has a layer of glue 4. The fabric material can be fleece, spunbond, artificial fur or other synthetic material containing at least 50 95 polyester or other synthetic material. Materials that do not contain synthetic threads or fibers can also be used.

Making a fabric bag can be done in the following ways.

In the first method, natural or synthetic fabric is used. Glue is applied along the contour of the future product in a strip, leaving the edge of the canvases, which will be the upper edge of the bag, without applying glue. In the case of using hot-melt glue, it is fixed with a press under temperature. Other adhesives suitable for fabric bonding can be used, such as rubber-based adhesives. In this case, gluing is performed without temperature influence. After gluing, trimming/trimming along the contour is carried out and a product with a joint zone 3, shown in fig. 2, which contains a layer of glue 4. The product has a hole 5, formed by the unconnected edges of the cloths, and is a fabric container.

In the second method of making a bag, a material containing synthetic threads or fibers, such as polyester, is used. This method differs from the first in that instead of gluing, welding is performed along the contour of two sheets under the influence of ultrasound. After ultrasonic welding, the connection zone C (Fig. 3) is fused threads of woven material or fibers of non-woven material that contain webs.

With both methods, a seamless connection zone 3 is obtained, that is, there are no needle punctures in the connection zone and no suture material is used in it - threads.

Images can be printed on one or both sides of the product using a thermopress. In this case, the sublimation printing method can be used, in which the image is transferred from an intermediate paper medium, pre-printed by the method of offset or digital printing. Applications or rhinestones can also be applied to the product using an intermediate carrier with an adhesive layer.

Handles 6 are sewn, glued or soldered to the resulting product, resulting in a finished bag. Instead of attached handles in the bag, longitudinal slits can be made, located near the unconnected edges of the canvases, through which a person's palm passes when carrying the bag.

Bags can have a simple rectangular shape and be eco-bags, but they can also have a complex profile and an applied image, for example, in the form of a fruit (Fig. 4), a vegetable, a human face, an animal (Fig. 5), etc. In both cases, the bags have high aesthetic and mechanical properties of the joint area and, accordingly, are generally attractive in appearance and durable.

With a seamless connection, other products similar in design to bags in that they have a fabric container for placing items, such as backpacks, wallets, cosmetic bags, pencil cases, etc., can be made.
