Інтенсивність запального процесу оцінювали за виявленням гіперемії, афт слизової оболонки, наявності больового синдрому та приєднання інфекції. Імунологічні обстеження виявили зміни в системі місцевого імунітету порожнини рота: в ротовій рідині є підвищення секреторного ІДА, дСї ІдА, зниження вмісту лізоциму. Аплікації ополіскувача "Апіфіл" з флуктуоризацією проводили на уражені ділянки впродовж 6 днів. Візуально вже на З добу після початку лікування у хворої зник больовий синдром, відчуття дискомфорту.
