Abstract

Спосіб обробки переміщуваного феросплавного листа, який містить принаймні один легкоокислювальний елемент, який включає стадію занурення листа у ванну з розплавленими окислами, в якому: - ванна з розплавленими оксидами має в'язкість між 0,3·10-3 Па·с та 3·10-1 Па·с, і поверхня ванни перебуває у контакті з неокислювальною атмосферою, а розплавлені окисли є інертними відносно заліза; - час перебування переміщуваного листа у ванні становить щонайменше 1 с; - залишки окислів, які залишилися на поверхнях листа на виході з ванни, видаляють. Лінія обробки феросплавного листа (1) для здійснення зазначеного способу містить: - ванну (6) з розплавленими окислами, яка має в'язкість між 0,3·10-3 Па·с та 3·10-1 Па·с, поверхня ванни (6) знаходиться у контакті з неокислювальною атмосферою, а розплавлені окисли є інертними відносно заліза; і - засоби для видалення залишків розплавлених окислів, які залишилися на поверхнях феросплавного листа (1) на виході ванни (6) з розплавленими окислами.
