Abstract

Винахід стосується способу культивування дріжджів в культуральному середовищі, що містить джерела вуглецю, азоту і фосфору, причому джерело фосфору являє собою очищений багатий фітиновою кислотою розчин, отриманий гідролізом і солюбілізацією щонайменше одного багатого фітиновою кислотою субстрату, що містить від 2 до 18 г фосфору на кг субстрату, 60-80 % якого знаходиться у вигляді фітинової кислоти, застосування очищеного багатого фітиновою кислотою розчину, отриманого гідролізом і солюбілізацією щонайменше одного багатого фітиновою кислотою субстрату, що містить від 2 до 18 г фосфору на кг субстрату, 60-80 % якого знаходиться у вигляді фітинової кислоти, для отримання дріжджів.
