Description
The declared technical solution belongs to construction and concerns a block container and a method of obtaining construction block containers from industrial and household waste, including solid household waste, construction waste, industrial waste, and can be used to eliminate, in particular, landfills.
There are known ways of disposing of waste by burying it under a layer of soil (in quarries, ravines, karst cavities or on specially prepared landfills). Such methods of ensuring external cleanliness (in comparison with open landfills) are characterized by increased costs and realistically do not allow the possibility of economic use of occupied territories for at least 20-50 years. In addition, the waste buried in this way should be recognized as lost for further use, even if over time there will be needs and new technological possibilities for their processing. It is known that plastic and other synthetic materials, which sometimes make up the lion's share of industrial and household waste, practically do not decompose in the ground, causing colossal damage to all living and non-living things for hundreds of kilometers around the places of organized garbage burials. A few decades ago, developed countries realized that it is impossible to bury plastic waste on their territory, which gave impetus to the so-called "emigration of waste".
Modern recycling schemes based on preliminary multi-component sorting are among the well-known ways of disposal of household waste. The resulting secondary resources are transferred to consumers for use as raw material fuel or additives to the main raw materials needed in the production of new products. Remains of waste that cannot be sorted in this way are subject to compaction and burial under a layer of soil.
The well-known "Method of obtaining compositions for road and hydraulic construction" (patent VO Mo 2026323, IPC VOZV 9/001Ї1. The proposed method and the line for its implementation are aimed at eliminating the above-mentioned shortcomings. The method provides for the possibility of complex primary sorting by size with the disposal of all components of mixed waste, including the fine fraction, with the separation of the organic part from it, which is ultimately transformed into organic fertilizer, and the mixture of "heavy metal" hydroxides, which is sent for processing. The disadvantage of this technical solution is the impossibility of using it for road construction of the entire mass of household waste.
2310525,Also known is the "Method of safe disposal of household waste (patent VO Mo 2310525,
18/00), which includes waste sorting directly in the highway construction zone and their further processing, and five groups of waste are sorted from household waste, the first group of waste includes organic and food waste, the second group waste includes wood, chipboard, the third group of waste includes textiles, paper, laminate, cardboard, foam, the fourth group includes rubber, reinforcing materials, polyethylene, glass, ceramics, other waste is formed into the fifth group of waste, further processing of waste is carried out by groups, while the components of the first group are subjected to accelerated composting, filled with mineral fertilizers, mixed with plant seeds, granulated and used in the formation of road embankments, slopes and areas adjacent to the road, the components of the second group are crushed, added as a filler to concrete mixtures in an amount up to 10 95, from which power and contour modules are formed for curbs, road edges, drainage elements and ditches, com components of the third group are crushed, mixed with sand and lime in the following ratio of components: sand - 80 95, lime - 10 95, household waste of the third group - 10 95, then from the obtained mixture by pressing when heated to 150 "C, base elements for asphalt concrete are formed coating, the components of the fourth group are also crushed and added in an amount of up to 595 by weight to the composition of the asphalt concrete coating simultaneously with the introduction of ordinary mineral components, and the excess components of this group are evenly laid in the upper layers of the road embankment, the waste of the fifth group is used in the road surface during forming bottom layer
Among the disadvantages of the inventions of the technical level should be attributed: the lack of manufacturability of the obtained materials for use in construction, as well as the complexity of the sorting process due to the presence of multicomponent groups of waste containing organic and inorganic components, which in turn differ not only in chemical composition, and also have different physical parameters - hard, very hard, soft, etc.
The basis of the technical solution is the task of obtaining a new, reliable and low-cost block container, improving the manufacturability of the method, which allows to achieve high consumer properties of the obtained product. An additional result is the disposal of waste.
The task is solved by the method of obtaining a block-container for construction from industrial and household waste, which includes the primary sorting of industrial and household waste into at least two groups, while in one of the groups of the specified waste, their plastic component is removed, and then it is divided into six groups: polyethylene high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and polystyrene, and a part of at least one of the specified five groups, except for the polystyrene group, is recycled into a container that is not limited to a certain modification, and to any remaining industrial and household waste, a group is added polystyrene, and the resulting mixture is crushed, compacted, placed in the resulting container and sealed to form a block container. Processing into a container is carried out by injection molding or by rotoforming.
Also, the task is solved by a block container for construction from industrial and household waste, which consists of a hermetic body, not limited to a certain modification, made from a plastic component of industrial and household waste, selected from at least one of five groups: high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene , polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene, while the hermetic case contains crushed and compacted any component of the group of industrial and household waste with the group of plastic component of industrial and household waste, which consists of polystyrenes. The body of the block container is cast, formed by injection molding or rotomoulding.
The invention is performed as follows.
Domestic and/or industrial waste is delivered to the waste processing plant, primary sorting is carried out mechanically or manually. Mainly waste is sorted into two groups.
One group includes plastic waste, the other includes the rest of the waste, namely glass, printed publications, cardboard and cardboard products, organic residues, food waste, hazardous waste (batteries), etc. The plastic part of the waste is re-sorted to obtain 6 groups of garbage that needs further processing. The group includes high-density polyethylene (HOPE), low-density polyethylene (HOPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET, PETE or polyester), polyvinyl chloride (RUS-PVC), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (P5). The components from at least one of the five groups, except for the polystyrene group (RB5), are subjected to further processing, where they are processed into containers by injection molding or rotoforming, the applicants gave the containers a special name - Trash Blocks. Depending on the climatic conditions and purpose (use in the construction of structures, fences or road construction), containers for Trash Blocks can be produced from one of the five groups, or with the involvement of other groups from this list and have different modifications.
Molding of polymers under pressure is a manufacturing process in which liquid plastic is injected under pressure into a metal mold, where it is evenly distributed over it and hardens. This is the most common method of mass production of plastic products.
Треш-Molding of plastics under pressure is carried out on special injection-molding machines - thermoplastic automatic machines (TPA). Using this method, you can make almost any plastic product. At the same time, there are no restrictions on the size or number of details. trash-
Blocks can also be obtained by rotoforming. This processing method makes it possible to obtain hollow products of various shapes and sizes from thermoplastic materials, which are used in the form of powders or pastes (plastisols). The rotational molding process is simple and includes three main stages. On the first of them, a certain amount of polymer material is loaded into a cold mold, which is an empty cup-shaped structure. Next (stage II), the closed form is placed in a heating chamber, where the forming process takes place. At the same time, with the help of appropriate devices, the form is rotated in relation to two axes. When rotating at a relatively low frequency, the molten polymer is distributed along the walls of the mold.
The third stage of SHS consists in cooling the mold with the molded product, which can be carried out with the help of cold air or water mist; at the same time, the mold continues to rotate for complete and uniform hardening of the polymer over the entire surface of the mold.
5)After cooling, the mold is opened and the finished product is removed from it; due to the shrinkage of the material during cooling of the product, the extraction process does not cause complications (per/Lumly.roimtegu.hyLeNet.rpr?p id-26748sai ia-Zaerade id-1; ppr/boeirrd.sot/Lesppo!od/ro. piti; pErulymly.roitutetpbgapsisot /Leptoriavzi/miem/6/19.pIti); pErulymly trtpitsa.gy/ipaeh.ryr?"radeia-rgev5)
After the formation of Trash-Blocks (containers), the remaining waste with the addition of polystyrene group waste (P5) is crushed, compacted, placed in the resulting containers and sealed.
The proposed method is quite technological, has a limited number of waste processing operations, and at the same time, it ensures complete utilization, in particular of landfills due to the processing of the entire mass of waste, in which one part of the waste is processed into Trash Blocks (containers), and the second part is filled with Trash Blocks creating hermetic mini-sarcophagi.
The blocks described above can be used in the field of road construction and construction in general, namely: 1) use in laying the road surface, replacing 3-4 layers of "cushion" (soil, sand, gravel and base layer) with Trash Blocks. Such a construction method will not only make it possible to significantly reduce road construction costs, but also to simplify the process of road construction itself; 2) build fences, parking lots on the basis of these blocks; 3) use as one of the foundation layers in the construction of hangars, factories, workshops, warehouses and other industrial buildings; 4) use in other construction and household works.
