The device for thermal treatment of suspended insulators with cement binding substance comprises a thermally insulated chamber, cells located for installation of insulators in it, electrically connected with a source of electric energy. The high-voltage generator is used as a source of electric energy; the cells have U-shape form made of conducting material and providing for installation of insulator caps. In the chamber are installed electrodes from elastic metal plate providing to connect with insulator rods. The electrodes and cells are placed by pairs and uniformly in the chambers and connected with a generator.
