Abstract

Винахід стосується способу приготування дегідратованого харчового продукту у формі пластівців із пористістю 30-70 %, переважно 40-60 %, об'ємною густиною пластівців приблизно від 100 г/л до приблизно 300 г/л, при загальній вологості дегідратованого харчового продукту менше 5 мас. %, шляхом екструзії термопластичного матеріалу при температурі від 60 ºC до 125 ºC і під тиском від 15 до 150 бар і розрізання екструдату на шматки для утворення пластівців при тиску від 0,015 до 0,400 бар.
