Abstract

Об'єктом винаходу є захисний оптичний компонент з плазмонним ефектом, призначений для спостереження при пропусканні, що містить два шари (101, 103) з прозорого діелектричного матеріалу, металевий шар (102), розташований між згаданими шарами з діелектричного матеріалу з утворенням двох діелектричних меж розділення діелектрик-метал (105, 106) і структурований для утворення щонайменше на частині його поверхні хвилеподібних елементів (104), виконаних з можливістю зв'язування поверхневих плазмонних мод, що підтримуються згаданими межами розділення діелектрик-метал, з падаючою світловою хвилею. Хвилеподібні елементи виконані в першій зоні зв'язування в першому головному напрямку і щонайменше у другій зоні зв'язування, відмінній від згаданої першої зони зв'язування, у другому головному напрямку, по суті перпендикулярному до першого головного напрямку, при цьому згаданий металевий шар є суцільним в кожній із згаданих зон зв'язування.
