Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к производным имидазола общей формулы EMBED ISISServer , (I) где R1 означает галоген, низший алкил или низший алкокси; R2 обозначает низший алкил, низший гидроксиалкил или низший алкоксиалкил; R3 обозначает водород, низший алкил, низший гидроксиалкил или алкоксиалкил; Q обозначает -N= или -СН=; R4 представляет собой группу формулы IIa или IIb EMBED ISISServer , IIa EMBED ISISServer , IIb где X, Y и Z независимо представляют собой СН= или -N=, и причем только один из X или Y может быть атомом азота R5 и R6 независимо представляют собой водород, низший алкил, низший гидроксиалкил, низший алкоксиалкил, -(СН2)m-(СО)О-низший алкил, -(СН2)m-S(О)2-низший алкил,-(CH2)m-C(O)-NR'R", и где m = 0-3 и R 'и R' независимо представляют собой водород или низший алкил; а также их фармацевтически приемлемые соли. Выявлено, что соединения общей формулы I являются антагонистами метаботропных глутаматных рецепторов, которые могут применяться в лечении или предупреждении расстройств, опосредованных рецептором mGluR5.
