The control rod (2) is mounted in the body (1) with possibility of sliding, the stopping rod (3) is also mounted in the body (1) with possibility of sliding and transversely in relation to the longitudinal axis of the control rod (2). The mechanical linkage (4) is arranged between the control rod (2) and stopping rod (3).
