Abstract
Способ остановки кровотечения из сосудов разного типа путем аппликации на место сосудистого дефекта средства местного назначения, а именно гемостатического материала, включающего хитозан, формированием многослойной повязки с последующим добавлением давления на нее при прижимании повязки на раневую поверхность. Хитозан, который используют в составе гемостатического материала, применяют в форме геля с концентрацией действующего вещества от 0,5 % до 5 % и молекулярной массой хитозана от 100 до 900 кДа. Многослойную повязку формируют толщиной от 0,5 до 5 см, осуществляя нанесения геля хитозана на основу, в частности марлю, целлюлозу, коллаген с последующим высушиванием, или с использованием золь-гель метода, стимулированного замораживанием (freeze-gelation). После добавления давления на многослойную повязку при ее прижимании к ране в течение не менее пяти минут осуществляют ее фиксацию, проводя тугое бинтование ею, или продолжают постоянное прижатие многослойной повязки до полной остановки кровотечения.
