Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу подготовки металлических деталей к холодной обработке давлением путем нанесения смазочного слоя (покрытия) или на металлическую поверхность, или на металлическую поверхность с предварительно нанесенным покрытием, причем смазочный слой получают путем введения поверхности в контакт с водной смазочной композицией, которая содержит как минимум два разных по свойствам воска, органический полимерный материал, причем в качестве органического полимерного материала используют олигомеры, соолигомеры, полимеры и/или сополимеры на основе иономера, акриловой/метакриловой кислоты, эпоксида, этилена, полиамида, пропилена, стирола, их эстеров или/и их соли/солей, а также водосодержащий и/или связывающий воду оксид и/или силикат.
