Abstract

UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACIÓN DE PIEZAS DE TRABAJO METÁLICAS PARA SU CONFORMACIÓN EN FRÍO MEDIANTE LA APLICACIÓN DE UNA CAPA LUBRICANTE (REVESTIMIENTO) SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE METÁLICA O SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE METÁLICA PREVIAMENTE RECUBIERTA QUE COMPRENDE :PONER EN CONTACTO DICHA SUPERFICIE CON UNA COMPOSICIÓN ACUOSA LUBRICANTE PARA FORMAR LA CAPA LUBRICANTE, DONDE EL REVESTIMIENTO TIENE VARIOS PUNTOS A TRAVÉS DE LOS CUALES ATRAVIESA CUANDO LA PIEZA DE TRABAJO METÁLICA SE CALIENTA COMO RESLILTADO DE LA FORMACIÓN EN FRÍO Y DONDE LOS REVESTIMIENTOS FORMADOS DE LA COMPOSICIÓN LUBRICANTE CON LIFL CONTENIDO DE AL MENOS DOS CERAS TIENEN UN TOTAL DE AL MERLOS DOS RANGOS Y/O PICOS DE FUSIÓN SOBRE EL RANGO DE TEMPERATURA DE 40 A 260°C, AL MENOS DOS DE LOS CUALES POSEEN AL MENOS 30°C DE DIFERENCIA. ADEMÁS LA INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICIÓN LUBRICANTE Y REVESTIMIENTO FORMADO A PARTIR DE ELLA, EN DONDE LA COMPOSICIÓN LUBRICANTE COMPRENDE UN CONTENIDO EN MATERIAL ORGÁNICO POLIMÉRICO, BASADO EN IONÓMERO, ÁCIDO ACRÍLICO/ÁCIDO METACRÍLICO, EPÓXIDO, ETILENO, POLIAMIDA, PROPILENO, ESTIRENO, URETANO, SU(S) ÉSTER(ES), Y/O SU(S) SAL(ES), ASÍ COMO TAMBIÉN UN CONTENIDO DE OXIDO SOLUBLE EN AGUA, QUE CONTIENE AGUA Y/O QUE SE UNE AL AGUA Y/O SILICATO, SELECCIONADO DE, EN CADA CASO, AL MENOS UN CRISTAL DE AGUA EN EL RANGO DE 0,1 A 85 % DE PESO, DONDE EL CONTENIDO DE AL MENOS UN IONOMERO CAE ENTRE EL RANGO DE 5 A 90 °/OPESO, EN CADA CASO BASADO EN SÓLIDOS Y SUSTANCIAS ACTIVAS.
