Abstract

The agent for the treatment of skin diseases contains flower honey, animal fat and vegetable oils, aloe extract, garlic, horseradish. Badger fat is used as animal fat and hemp oil and rose oil are used as vegetable oil.

The useful model belongs to medicine, in particular to products that are made on the basis of animal and plant products with the addition of natural honey, and can be used for the treatment of various forms of skin diseases, as it has anti-inflammatory, disinfecting, antifungal, antibacterial, reparative and pain-relieving effects due to rapid penetration into tissues.

A well-known medical and cosmetic product (Patent of Ukraine Mo 40188, IPC AbIK 8/00, publ. 25.03.2009, Byul. Mo 6, 2009), which includes resin of coniferous trees, beeswax, propolis and a fatty base, which additionally contains bee root extract, horseradish juice, garlic juice, castor oil, camphor oil, ethyl alcohol and distilled water, and as a fat base - internal animal fat and vegetable oil with the following ratio of components (wt. 95): resin of coniferous trees 6- 7; beeswax 8-10; propolis 9.5-10; internal animal fat 13-15; vegetable oil 18-20; extract of podmor bee 1.5-2.0; horseradish juice 2.5-3.0; garlic juice 2.5-3.0; castor oil 2.7-3.0; camphor oil 2.5-3.0; ethyl alcohol 14-15; distilled water the rest. This product contains a small amount of fat base, which causes the product to delaminate over time. In addition, the drawback of the described remedy is a relatively insufficient therapeutic effect, which consists in a small amount of animal fats and the use of sunflower, olive, linseed or corn oil as vegetable oil in the cream. In addition, this product does not contain honey, which has antibacterial properties.

IPC AbIK 35/78, AbIK 35/64, AbIK 9/06, publ. 10.02.2003), which contains beeswax and honey, as well as plantain leaf powder, castor and butter with the following ratio of components, g: beeswax - 25.0-35.0; honey - 50.0-60; plantain leaf powder - 10.0-15.0; ketamine - 15.0-20.0; butter - 180.0-200.0. The use of butter as an ointment base does not allow the complete release of both water- and fat-soluble biologically active compounds that are part of the drug.

A well-known universal biological ointment (Patent of Ukraine No. 86565, IPC AbIK 9/06, AETK 35/00, publ. 27.04.2009, Byul. Moe8, 2009), which contains beeswax, animal fat, vegetable oil, honey bee, complex of vitamins AEKOL with the following ratio of components, wt. 90: beeswax 5-10; fat of animal origin 25-40; vegetable oil 30-50; bee honey 20-30; complex of vitamins AEKOL 0.3-0.5.

The known ointment has a rather low effectiveness of treatment and application. In addition, this tool does not have a sufficiently pronounced pain-relieving effect, because it does not contain a biologically active phytocomponent, such as garlic juice, horseradish, aloe extract, and rose oil.

Despite the fact that individual components of the remedy or their separate combination are found in known therapeutic means of a similar purpose, however, the combination of ingredients and their ratio in the composition of the claimed remedy were not found in the patent and scientific and technical literature.

The useful model is based on the task of creating a remedy for the treatment of skin diseases, in which, by selecting the composition of components that have a wide spectrum of biologically active action, and selecting their ratio, an increase in the therapeutic effect of the remedy is ensured, namely: anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, antifungal, antibacterial, reparative and analgesic effect.

The task is solved by the fact that in the proposed remedy for the treatment of skin diseases, which contains flower honey, animal fat and vegetable oils, aloe extract, garlic, horseradish, according to a useful model, badger fat is used as animal fat, and vegetable oils are used origin use hemp oil 60 and rose oil, in the following proportions, mass. 90:

The quantitative and qualitative composition of the claimed agent was determined experimentally and provides optimal pharmacological and technological properties.

The action and role of each component is manifested as follows.

The use of about 50-95% of the ointment base in the proposed product, namely badger fat, in combination with other components, ensures excellent contact with the affected areas of the skin or mucous membrane and, accordingly, quick penetration into the tissues.

In addition, the composition of badger fat includes rare fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6, irreplaceable linoleic and linolenic acids - polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (A, E), some B vitamins are also present in the composition of badger fat (82, B3 , B5, Bb, VO, B12), vitamin K, organic acids, various macro- and microelements, cytamines. A and E enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of unsaturated fatty acids, exhibit high antioxidant activity, activate the healing processes of damaged tissues, contribute to increased immune protection, participate in the natural synthesis of fibrillar proteins (collagen and keratin). Unsaturated fatty acids (including Omega-3, Omega-6b and other acids), the high concentration of which is distinguished by badger fat, contribute to the improvement of metabolic processes and tissue trophicity, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, improve the condition of the skin, contribute to the strengthening of immunity, participate in the regulation of blood sugar content, prevent the development of oncological diseases.

Such properties of badger fat led to the inclusion of this component in the composition of the proposed product in the specified ratio.

The chemical and biological composition of flower honey makes it not only an excellent nutrient, but also an important pharmacological object that has immunobiological and antimicrobial properties.

The composition of honey is quite complex, it contains more than 70 substances that have a beneficial effect on the body. In honey, fructose - 40 95, glucose - 35 9o, a small amount of sucrose and maltose, honey also contains up to 2 95 of mineral salts and up to 20 95 of water. The following enzymes are found in honey: invertase, diastase, catalase, oxidase and proteolytic enzymes, all these enzymes are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Flavonoids are natural biological regulators, as they have the ability to control the body's response to allergens, carcinogens, and viruses. Flavonoids have an antioxidant, antiallergic, anticarcinogenic, bactericidal, hypotensive, diuretic, choleretic, antispasmodic and tonic effect on the living organism. Also, the action of aloe extract is due to its content of biogenic stimulants, when introduced into the body, biostimulants improve cellular metabolism, trophic and tissue regeneration, increase its protective functions.

The composition of garlic includes nitrogenous substances, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, silicic, sulfuric, phosphoric acids, vitamins C, 0, B, phytosterols, extractive substances, phytoncides and essential oils. Thanks to its rich and medicinal composition, garlic exhibits gastrointestinal, urinary, diaphoretic, and cardiovascular properties. Garlic is able to lower blood pressure, and also has analgesic, wound-healing, antimicrobial, anthelmintic,

antitoxic action. Garlic stimulates digestion, relieves fatigue, has a positive effect on the work of the heart, and is highly active against influenza and herpes viruses. Garlic is an excellent natural antiseptic, so you can fight any infections with its help. It helps in the treatment of even such dangerous diseases as cholera, diphtheria, typhus, malaria and tuberculosis.

Horseradish is rich in such substances as phytoncides, essential oils, folic acid, as well as fiber and vitamins of groups B, C, E. This plant also contains the following macro- and microelements: potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, copper , iron and arsenic. Horseradish also contains various amino acids, organic compounds and sugars. The fresh juice of the root contains the protein substance lysozyme, which has antimicrobial activity, which is able to dissolve microbial membranes and thereby create an antibacterial barrier in the body.

Rose oil (rose oil) is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. They, in turn, quickly restore the broken lipid barrier of the skin, heal wounds and irritations, soothe the skin. And other active components of the oil have a bactericidal effect, preventing infection and inflammation. Rose oil has very mild soothing properties that do not cause allergies and irritation. Promotes skin regeneration, has a bactericidal effect, relieves irritation. Again, due to its high anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, the oil has long been used in dermocosmetology for skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. It also helps tighten scars and scars. Rose oil helps to remove age spots and generally has a positive effect on sagging skin. In addition, having a large amount of nutrients, rose oil softens and enriches the skin with useful substances. The effect of the described components on the human body is known, but their use in a new composition and with a new ratio gives a new effect, which consists in increasing the therapeutic effect of the agent, namely: anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, antifungal, antibacterial, reparative and pain-relieving effects.

All components of the claimed product are taken in ratios determined experimentally and are optimal for ensuring the specified properties determined by the technical result.

Reducing or increasing the amount of each component below the lower specified limit or above the specified limit leads to a deterioration of the preventive and therapeutic properties of the product (narrowing of the spectrum of use), and in some cases makes its therapeutic and/or preventive effect impossible (can cause an irritating effect).

The use of components in the form of oils from vegetable raw materials in the tool ensures the homogeneity of the mixture and the stable structure of the tool, which does not delaminate during further storage, and the use of natural animal fat (badger fat) in the tool increases the shelf life of the tool (if the storage conditions specified below are observed).

Thanks to the declared new composition, the proposed product contains: - fatty acids (Omega-3, Omega-5, Omega-b6); - vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, Vb, C, E, PP; - trace elements necessary for the body (more than 250 vitamins and minerals); - sugar, glucose, fructose; - enzymes, bioelements, silicon, chromium, nickel, cobalt; - essential oil; - organic acids, flavone compounds, amino acids, saponins, free amino acids and resins.

The main effects when using the product for the treatment of skin diseases: - bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, analgesic, 60 disinfectant;

- auxiliary for protein synthesis; - participates in the formation of bone tissue in diseases of the skin, hair and nails.

The proposed remedy eliminates herpes, traces of eczema and other skin problems. Treats thrush, care, relieves premenstrual syndrome. It can be used for diseases of the respiratory tract (inhalation), for warming up.

The claimed product is prepared as follows:

The specified components are taken in the following proportions, mass. 90: badger fat 47 flower honey 23 aloe extract 9 garlic 5 horseradish Rose oil 5 hemp oil 8.

Badger fat is gradually (with slow stirring) heated in a steam bath to a temperature of 45 °C. Then it is gradually cooled to a temperature of 37 °C, floral honey is added and effective mixing is carried out for 12-17 minutes. Next, alternately add aloe extract and perform effective mixing for 12-17 minutes, hemp oil and perform effective mixing for 12-17 minutes, rose oil and perform effective mixing for 12-17 minutes. In parallel, a vegetable mixture is prepared. To do this, the peeled garlic cloves are crushed in a grinder. The horseradish root is cut and ground on a grinder. The resulting gruel from garlic and horseradish is mixed and mixed to a homogeneous mass. The finished vegetable mass is mixed with the previously prepared fat-honey-oil mixture (mixing time 12-17 minutes). A homogeneous plastic mass is obtained (the smell of garlic and horseradish is almost not felt in it), which is packed in a sterile portion container made of dark glass, and the packaged product is hermetically sealed.

The inflammation stopped on the third day of treatment. On the seventh day of treatment, a smooth pink crust formed at the burn site. Complete healing occurred after 20 days of treatment. Scars and screeds were not observed at the burn site.

Example 3.

Patient F. - 22 years old. He complained about a wound that did not heal for a long time. Hyperemia of the skin with edema and infiltration with purulent compartments was observed. The claimed product was applied to the wound 2 times a day and applied as an ointment bandage at night. On the fourth day, hyperemia and swelling subsided, the wound cleared of pus, and infiltration decreased. On the fifth day, epithelization began and by the ninth day, the wound was scarred.
