Abstract
本創作有關於一種模組化玻璃門,其包含有一個門體、一個內框及一個外框。門體具有一片玻璃門扇與一個設於玻璃門扇周緣之門框,內框設於門框之周圍且利用上下二個鉸鏈與門框鉸接在一起,內框具有四個環繞整個外周面之凸部,外框具有上下左右四個框條,四個框條環繞內框之周圍且分別具有一個凹部,外框之該等框條的凹部與內框之該等凸部相互配合,兩者之間可以直接嵌卡來完成組裝,或者在中間增設一個固定窗來進行擴充。藉此,本創作之模組化玻璃門具有易於組裝及高擴充性的特色。
Description
本創作與門有關,特別是指一種模組化玻璃門。
一般傳統的門扇與門框之間通常是利用上下二個鉸鏈連接在一起,使門扇能相對門框轉動來達到開啟與關閉的效果。但是前述門扇並不方便組裝,而且在組裝後因侷限於門扇的開啟方向,導致在使用上缺乏變化,可見傳統門扇在結構上尚有改善的空間。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種模組化玻璃門,其方便組裝且具有良好的可擴充性。
為了達成上述主要目的,本創作之模組化玻璃門包含有一個門體、一個內框及一個外框。該門體具有一個玻璃門扇與一個門框,該門框設於該玻璃門扇之周緣;該內框設於該門框之周圍且與該門框之其中一側邊鉸接在一起,此外,該內框具有四個凸部,該等凸部環繞該內框之外周面且相對於該門體呈上下左右排列;該外框具有個四框條,該等框條設於該內框之周圍且相對於該門體呈上下左右排列,各該框條之內周面具有一個凹部,該外框之該等框條的凹部與該內框之該等凸部相互配合。
由上述可知,本創作之模組化玻璃門利用該內框與該外框的凹凸配合而能快速地組裝在一起,或者也可以根據實際需要在兩者之間加裝像是固定窗之類的結構,以達到方便組裝及高擴充性的效果。
較佳地,各該框條之外周面具有一個翼部,各該翼部具有多個呈間隔排列之沉頭孔與一個鄰設於該等沉頭孔之肋槽,各該框條之前側面具有一個凸緣。此外,該外框更具有四個護蓋,各該護蓋之一端抵靠於一該框條之凸緣,各該護蓋之另一端具有一個凸肋,各該護蓋遮蓋一該框條之該等沉頭孔且以該凸肋可拆卸地卡接於一該框條之肋槽內。藉由上述特徵,該等框條之該等沉頭孔不會顯露在外,以維持整體外觀的簡潔性。
較佳地,各該護蓋之凸肋的二端分別具有一個定位孔,該外框更具有四個轉接件,各該轉接件之二端分別更具有一個定位凸柱,各該轉接件之該二定位凸柱可拆卸地插設於相鄰二該護蓋之一該定位孔內。藉由上述特徵,可以讓該外框的結構外觀更加圓滑流暢。
較佳地,各該框條之二相對端面分別具有一個插槽,各該轉接件之二端分別更具有一個插接部,各該轉接件之該二插接部可拆卸地插設於相鄰二該框條之一該插槽內。藉由上述特徵,可以增加各該轉接件的結構穩定性。
有關本創作所提供對於模組化玻璃門的詳細構造、特點、組裝或使用方式,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,在本創作領域中具有通常知識者應能瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本創作所列舉的特定實施例,僅係用於說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作之專利申請範圍。
申請人首先在此說明,於整篇說明書中,包括以下介紹的實施例以及申請專利範圍的請求項中,有關方向性的名詞皆以圖式中的方向為基準。其次,在以下將要介紹之實施例以及圖式中,相同之元件標號,代表相同或近似之元件或其結構特徵。
請先參閱圖1及圖2,本創作第1實施例之模組化玻璃門10包含有一個門體20、一個內框30,以及一個外框40。
門體20具有一片玻璃門扇22與一個門框24,門框24固設於玻璃門扇22之周緣。
內框30呈矩形且利用上下二個鉸鏈26與門框24之右側邊鉸接在一起,以允許門體20能相對內框30開啟或關閉。如圖2及圖3所示,內框30具有四個凸部32與四個擋止部34,該等凸部32環繞內框30之外周面且相對於門體20呈上下左右排列,該等擋止部34環繞內框30之內周面且相對於門體20呈上下左右排列,其中的該等擋止部34用以供門框24抵靠,使門框24在關閉時能保持定位。
外框40具有四個框條41,四個框條41設於內框30之周圍且相對於門體20呈上下左右排列,上下二個框條41的長度較短,左右二個框條41的長度較長。各個框條41之內周面具有一個凹部42,在本實施例中,如圖2、圖3及圖5所示,外框40之四個框條41的凹部42以一對一的方式卡接於內框30之四個凸部32。此外,各個框條41之外周面往外凸伸出一個翼部43,各個翼部43具有多個呈間隔排列之沉頭孔44,每一個沉頭孔44用以供一根螺栓54穿設(如圖5所示),使各個框條41得以利用前述螺栓54鎖設於如圖4所示之建築物12的側牆14。
如圖3及圖5所示,各個框條41之前側面具有一個凸緣45,各個框條41之外周面更具有一條鄰設於該等沉頭孔44之肋槽46,外框40更具有四個護蓋48,四個護蓋48之一端以一對一的方式抵靠於四個框條41之凸緣45,四個護蓋48之另一端分別具有一個凸肋49,四個護蓋48之凸肋49以一對一的方式卡接於四個框條41之肋槽46,使四個護蓋48在完成組裝之後遮蓋住該等沉頭孔44及穿設於該等沉頭孔44內之螺栓54。
此外,如圖3及圖5所示,各個框條41之二相對端面分別具有一個呈矩形之插槽47,各個護蓋48之凸肋49的二端分別具有一個定位孔50,外框40更具有四個轉接件51,各個轉接件51之二端分別具有一個呈矩形之插接部52及一個呈圓柱形之定位凸柱53,各個轉接件51之二個插接部52插設於相鄰二個框條41之插槽47內,使外框40具有圓滑流暢的結構外觀,且各個轉接件51之二個定位凸柱53插設於相鄰二個護蓋48之定位孔50內,以增加各個護蓋48的結構穩定性。
再如圖6至圖8所示,在本創作第2實施例中,內框30之凸部32與外框40之凹部42之間並非直接嵌卡在一起,而是在兩者之間加裝至少一個固定窗60。固定窗60具有一片玻璃窗扇62與一個窗框64,窗框64固設於玻璃窗扇62之周緣,且窗框64之外周面具有一個凹部66與三個凸部68,凹部66位於窗框64之其中一個長側邊,其中二個凸部68位於窗框64之上下二個短側邊,另外一個凸部68位於窗框64之另外一個長側邊。藉此,固定窗60一方面利用凹部66卡接於內框30之其中一個凸部32,另一方面利用窗框64之三個凸部68卡接於外框40之其中三個框條41的凹部42,使二個固定窗60組裝於門體20之左右二側來達到擴充效果。藉此,本創作第2實施例之模組化玻璃門12可以應用在更大尺寸的建築物16。
綜上所陳,本創作之模組化玻璃門10利用內框30與外框40的凹凸配合而能跟門體20快速地組裝在一起,以達到方便組裝的效果,另外也可以根據實際需要在內框30與外框40之間加裝像是固定窗60之類的結構,使本創作之模組化玻璃門10具有良好的可擴充性,使整體結構保有很大的彈性作變化。

Claims (8)
- 一種模組化玻璃門,包含有: 一門體,具有一玻璃門扇與一門框,該門框設於該玻璃門扇之周緣; 一內框,設於該門框之周圍且與該門框之其中一側邊鉸接在一起,該內框具有四凸部,該等凸部環繞該內框之外周面且且相對於該門體呈上下左右排列;以及 一外框,具有四框條,該等框條設於該內框之周圍且相對於該門體呈上下左右排列,各該框條之內周面具有一凹部,該外框之該等框條的凹部與該內框之該等凸部相互配合。
- 如請求項1所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,各該框條之二相對端面分別具有一插槽,該外框更具有四轉接件,各該轉接件之二端分別具有一插接部,各該轉接件之該二插接部可拆卸地插設於相鄰二該框條之一該插槽內。
- 如請求項1所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,各該框條之外側面具有一翼部,各該翼部具有多個呈間隔排列之沉頭孔與一鄰設於該等沉頭孔之肋槽,各該框條之前側面具有一凸緣,該外框更具有四護蓋,各該護蓋之一端抵靠於一該框條之凸緣,各該護蓋之另一端具有一凸肋,各該護蓋遮蔽一該框條之該等沉頭孔且以該凸肋可拆卸地卡接於一該框條之肋槽內。
- 如請求項3所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,各該護蓋之凸肋的二端分別具有一定位孔,該外框更具有四轉接件,各該轉接件之二端分別更具有一定位凸柱,各該轉接件之該二定位凸柱可拆卸地插設於相鄰二該護蓋之一該定位孔內。
- 如請求項4所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,各該框條之二相對端面分別具有一插槽,各該轉接件之二端分別更具有一插接部,各該轉接件之該二插接部可拆卸地插設於相鄰二該框條之一該插槽內。
- 如請求項1所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,該內框更具有四擋止部,該等擋止部環繞該內框之內周面且相對於該門體呈上下左右排列,用以供該門框抵靠。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之模組化玻璃門,其中,該外框之該等框條的凹部以一對一的方式卡接於該內框之該等凸部。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之模組化玻璃門,更包含有二固定窗,該等固定窗位於該門體之二相對側且分別具有一玻璃窗扇與一窗框,該窗框設於該玻璃窗扇之周緣,且該窗框之外周面具有一凹部與三凸部,該窗框之凹部可拆卸地卡接於該內框之一該凸部,該窗框之各該凸部可拆卸地卡接於該外框之一該框條的凹部。
