Abstract
一種複合紗線,包含一個芯部及一個鞘部。該芯部是由一種熱塑性材料所構成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚酯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯腈或前述的組合;及該鞘部包覆該芯部且由一包覆材所構成,該包覆材包含聚乙烯縮丁醛,該聚乙烯縮丁醛根據ASTM D1238標準方法在190°C、2.16 kg下測量,具有2 g/10 min ~35 g/10 min的熔流速率。
Description
本新型是有關於一種複合紗線,特別是指一種芯鞘型複合紗線。
以往使用紗線進行織造後,必須對整個織物進行上漿、或在多條紗線的交界處使用熱塑性材料進行黏結,之後才可將織物定型,但上述作業會導致整個織造成型製程較為繁複,也容易影響織物的性質。再者,一般業界所使用的熱塑性材料為聚氯乙烯,具有毒性且無法符合環保的需求。由此可見,紗線或其織造後的上漿定型製程仍有待被持續研發改進。
相較於無法滿足環保要求的聚氯乙烯,聚乙烯縮丁醛(polyvinylene butyrate,PVB)無毒,更可由廢輪胎進行回收而獲得,非常符合環保要求。因此,如能將其運用至紗線製作或紗線織造後的上漿定型製程,應有助於解決現有紗線織造製程的缺點。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種有利於定型及增加強度、並符合環保要求的複合紗線。
於是,本新型複合紗線,包含:一個芯部及一個鞘部。該芯部是由一種熱塑性材料所構成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚酯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯腈或前述的組合;及該鞘部包覆該芯部且由一包覆材所構成,該包覆材包含聚乙烯縮丁醛,該聚乙烯縮丁醛根據ASTM D1238標準方法在190°C、2.16 kg下測量,具有2 g/10 min ~35 g/10 min的熔流速率。
本新型之功效在於:該複合紗線的鞘部完全包覆該芯部,且該鞘部是由含有聚乙烯縮丁醛的包覆材所構成,而能於後續使用紗線製備織物時直接透過熱熔方式來讓織物定型,有助於簡化紗線織造製程,加上所使用的包覆材是以聚乙烯縮丁醛為主,完全能滿足環保的要求。
在本新型被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1,本新型複合紗線的實施例,包含一芯部1及一鞘部2。
該芯部1是由一種熱塑性材料所構成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚酯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯腈或前述的組合。上述的熱塑性材料必須具備可供形成紗線的性質。
該鞘部2包覆該芯部1,且該鞘部2是由一包覆材所構成,該包覆材包含聚乙烯縮丁醛,該聚乙烯縮丁醛根據ASTM D1238標準方法在190°C、2.16 kg下測量,具有2 g/10 min ~35 g/10 min的熔流速率。
較佳地,該包覆材還包含熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)。
較佳地,該聚乙烯縮丁醛是由廢輪胎回收所製得。
較佳地,該鞘部2的厚度範圍為0.08 mm至0.9 mm。
本新型複合紗線可利用已知製程及機台進行製備,例如,將形成芯部1的材料與形成鞘部2的包覆材放入含有圓形模頭的押出機進行製備。
本新型複合紗線後續可製成各類用途的織物,例如窗簾、地毯、遮陽棚、海灘傘、餐桌墊、手機袋等。
綜上所述,本新型複合紗線的鞘部完全包覆該芯部,且該鞘部是由含有聚乙烯縮丁醛的包覆材所構成,而能於後續使用紗線製備織物時直接透過熱熔方式來讓織物定型,有助於簡化紗線織造製程,加上所使用的包覆材是以聚乙烯縮丁醛為主,完全能滿足環保的要求,故確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

- 一種複合紗線,包含: 一個芯部,是由一種熱塑性材料所構成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚酯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯腈或前述的組合;及 一個鞘部,包覆該芯部且由一包覆材所構成,該包覆材包含聚乙烯縮丁醛,該聚乙烯縮丁醛根據ASTM D1238標準方法在190°C、2.16 kg下測量,具有2 g/10 min ~35 g/10 min的熔流速率。
- 如請求項1所述的複合紗線,其中,該鞘部的厚度範圍為0.08 mm至0.9 mm。
- 如請求項1所述的複合紗線,其中,該包覆材還包含熱塑性聚氨酯。
