Abstract
本发明涉及一种防水复合无纺布,包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层;所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面;所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层;所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成。本发明通过设置防水层,使得无纺布具有防水功能;通过采用加强筋层,不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度,而且在确保产品质量的前提下,最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求,节约了材料成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布用品制作领域,特别涉及一种防水复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,其是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。
无纺布的基本原料主要为聚丙烯,由于其薄而轻,手感好;具有多孔性,透气性好,易保持布面干爽;对酸、碱具有优异的耐久性;而且,由于聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固,易降解,也是一种环境友好型材料,因此,得到了广泛的应用。但是,在有些特殊应用场合,除了一般的性能外,还要求无纺布具有良好的防火阻燃性能,而由于无纺布的原料如聚丙烯等为碳氢类材料,容易燃烧,目前的无纺布仅包括单层或多层的无纺布面层。在结构上,均没有设置网筋。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
不具有防水功能,使用范围受到限制;
无纺布的抗拉性、抗撕性、抗压性均受其材料本身的限制,无法满足特定市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布。所述技术方案如下:
本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布,
所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层;
所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面;所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布构成;
所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层;
所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成;
所述防水层贴合于所述加强筋层外表面;所述无纺布层和所述加强筋层针刺结合,再与所述防水层粘结。
所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过设置防水层,使得无纺布具有防水功能;通过采用加强筋层,不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度,而且在确保产品质量的前提下,最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求,节约了材料成本。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布,参见图1,所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层1、加强筋层2和防水层3。
具体地,无纺布层1为单层或单层以上。
优选地,无纺布层1为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布。
进一步地,无纺布层1的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面。
优选地,加强筋层2为定型后的化纤纤维层。
具体地,防水层3是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成,贴合于加强筋层2外表面。
其中,加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l之间采用针刺工艺,底层的防水层3、加强筋层2之间采用粘结工艺,不仅使三层相互粘合在一起,还增加了产品的厚度和整体性。其生产过程是将加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l叠合,然后上、下同时针刺,轧辊,收卷后,再将底层的防水层3均匀粘结于加强筋层2上,制成该防水复合无纺布。通过针刺后的复合无纺布其层间纤维缠结均匀,强度一致,皮质感强;加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l之间采用针刺工艺结合,底层的防水层3、加强筋层2之间采用粘结工艺结合。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过设置防水层,使得无纺布具有防水功能;通过采用加强筋层,不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度,而且在确保产品质量的前提下,最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求,节约了材料成本。

所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层;
所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面;所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布构成;
所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层;
所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成;
所述防水层贴合于所述加强筋层外表面;所述无纺布层和所述加强筋层针刺结合,再与所述防水层粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
