本发明涉及一种防水复合无纺布，包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层；所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面；所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层；所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成。本发明通过设置防水层，使得无纺布具有防水功能；通过采用加强筋层，不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度，而且在确保产品质量的前提下，最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求，节约了材料成本。

一种防水复合无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布用品制作领域，特别涉及一种防水复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物，其是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列，形成纤网结构，然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。
无纺布的基本原料主要为聚丙烯，由于其薄而轻，手感好；具有多孔性，透气性好，易保持布面干爽；对酸、碱具有优异的耐久性；而且，由于聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固，易降解，也是一种环境友好型材料，因此，得到了广泛的应用。但是，在有些特殊应用场合，除了一般的性能外，还要求无纺布具有良好的防火阻燃性能，而由于无纺布的原料如聚丙烯等为碳氢类材料，容易燃烧，目前的无纺布仅包括单层或多层的无纺布面层。在结构上，均没有设置网筋。
在实现本发明的过程中，发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题：
不具有防水功能，使用范围受到限制；
无纺布的抗拉性、抗撕性、抗压性均受其材料本身的限制，无法满足特定市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题，本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布。所述技术方案如下：
本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布，
所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层；
所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面；所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布构成；
所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层；
所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成；
所述防水层贴合于所述加强筋层外表面；所述无纺布层和所述加强筋层针刺结合，再与所述防水层粘结。
所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是：
通过设置防水层，使得无纺布具有防水功能；通过采用加强筋层，不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度，而且在确保产品质量的前提下，最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求，节约了材料成本。

本发明实施例提供了一种防水复合无纺布，参见图1，所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层1、加强筋层2和防水层3。
具体地，无纺布层1为单层或单层以上。
优选地，无纺布层1为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布。
进一步地，无纺布层1的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面。
优选地，加强筋层2为定型后的化纤纤维层。
具体地，防水层3是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成，贴合于加强筋层2外表面。
其中，加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l之间采用针刺工艺，底层的防水层3、加强筋层2之间采用粘结工艺，不仅使三层相互粘合在一起，还增加了产品的厚度和整体性。其生产过程是将加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l叠合，然后上、下同时针刺，轧辊，收卷后，再将底层的防水层3均匀粘结于加强筋层2上，制成该防水复合无纺布。通过针刺后的复合无纺布其层间纤维缠结均匀，强度一致，皮质感强；加强筋层2、上层的无纺布层l之间采用针刺工艺结合，底层的防水层3、加强筋层2之间采用粘结工艺结合。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是：
通过设置防水层，使得无纺布具有防水功能；通过采用加强筋层，不仅有效地提高了无纺布的抗拉、抗压、抗撕强度，而且在确保产品质量的前提下，最大限度地降低了对无纺布材质的要求，节约了材料成本。

所述防水复合无纺布包括依次叠加连接的无纺布层、加强筋层和防水层；
所述无纺布层的表面为矩形凹凸面或圆形凹凸面；所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布构成；
所述加强筋层为定型后的化纤纤维层；
所述防水层是由聚苯乙烯树脂膜构成；
所述防水层贴合于所述加强筋层外表面；所述无纺布层和所述加强筋层针刺结合，再与所述防水层粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水复合无纺布，其特征在于，所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
